Great Car but needs a bit more polish
In keeping with Chrysler's market meme - more for less - this car represents exceptional value. I got mine on a 3 yr lease for $100 cdn/month LESS than a loaded Accord. This car has it all - big engine, AWD, near-lux interior, fantastic stereo, tremendous physical presence. But corners were cut to get to the low price. Fit and finish is poor in spots. The leather isn't high quality. The carpet and interior door trim is less than lux. Tires are awful. Fuel econ is sobering - MDS seems to stop above 70 mph. I find myself wishing that DC had offered a SE option for $2,000 more that improved trim issues, offered adj. susp and MDS, etc. Having said that, this is a great-near epic car.
love my 300c
in the nine months that i have owned it i have had no problems except for trying to learn how to operate all the gadgets and dodads, the only thing i might complain about is mph and i knew mhat i 3was getting when i bough it
- Base SedanMSRP: $6,90024 mi away

- Touring SedanMSRP: $5,400265 mi away
300C - Wow!
I test cars for a living - and this machine is terrific. Its ride is every bit as good as a Lexus and if you decide to push the pedal, you'd better have the head restraint adjusted up! The transmission is seamless, the interior controls are easy to use under any condition (I think they could have done a better job with the crusie control). Seats adjust great and a very comfortable on long drives. AND - it's definitely a head turner.
Best car ever
Use to own Mercedes S500 and SL600. This is really better than expected for a very reasonable price regarding equipments
Great ride, super lines!
This is an awesome car, even with the V6 it still has quite a bit of get up and go. The ride is super quiet, the looks are GREAT! Beautiful car - and my son with is carseat fits with with lots of leg room! And good gas mileage for such a big car.
I am so happy with my '06 300C
This vehicle has great handling, a smooth ride, classy exterior and a luxury interior. It is definitely a head turner. The outside noise is reduced to such a level that even with the Boston Acoustic Speakers turned down very low you still can't really hear any outside noise. It's almost scary! And the power. Whew!!! This car has so much power that it's not for the squeamish.
300 C Exciting Car to Drive
After researching the 300 for two years (including driving 2 300 touring rentals), I purchased my car 3 months ago selecting the HEMI version and certainly have not been disappointed. For not that much more money, the 300 C is loaded with extra features, more powerful and very much a more finished vehicle inside and out. The driving experience has been excellent as I drive mostly freeways. This is the car that you want to drive more and more given the high level of excitement and satisfaction. The car has effortless power and handling is great. The car holds the road very well for a big vehicle when changing lanes and braking. This is a very solid vehicle as it moves down the road
Black Crystal 300C
This is my first Chrysler, my wife and I looked and test drove many different makes including Cadillac, Mercedes,Acura,Toyota ... etc. What sold us on this car was the style, performance and value. We have 3000 miles on the 300 C and not a problem or complaint. My wife and I just love to drive this car.
A great fun finally
This is a great new car, comfortable fast and quick manuevering, the thing that I admire the most is the fact that I'm getting about 30 miles per gallon in the city and highway mileage, I get nothing but compliments when I drive my customers as I own a Limousine service in Los Angeles,Ca. I've accumulated almost 2000 miles in my first month of ownership, hopefully I will enjoy this car much more than my Towncar the car itself in paying off in the comsumption of gasoline, I literally paying half of my cost as I did a month ago, the extended chassis makes a truly enjoyable and smooth ride.
our 2nd Chrysler product
My wife and I just bought our 300C this month after having nothing but trouble with our '06 Charger. We decided to give Chrysler a 2nd chance simply because we love the style and performance. The car takes us back to another time when American cars ruled the road. We have 600 miles on our linen gold "C" and anticipate many happy miles of driving pleasure. I secretly wish, however, I had waited and bought a inferno red Heritage edition.......We live in the desert and our color choice is perfect , it never appears dusty!! I like the safety factor for my wife and our grandchildren when they are traveling , it gives me peace of mind that they are protected. Its great to have a big car again!!
Love this car
I would buy this car again! The ride is smooth as can be and the power is wonderful. It's fun to drive and the looks - well, every knows what they look like and it still turns heads. The room inside is unbelievable. My Great Dane even fits comfortably! My husband at 6'2" is comfortable in the drivers seat, passengers seat, and he even has plenty of leg room in the back. The ONLY down side is the windshield seems a little narrow and it took a little getting used to when pulling up to stop lights. It is necessary to stop back a little further than normal in order to be able to see the light, otherwise you do have to duck down to see through the windshield. I love this car.
What a Surprise!!
This is my first American Brand car and what an exiting surprise it has been!! I started to drive in the late 70's when the quality of American cars began its decline, which steadily continued throughout the 80's and 90's. I've owned 3 Japanese and 3 German cars and I never seriously considered any American cars until this one came out and I didn't think twice about getting it.
Comfort, Performance & Luxury
Like Iaccoca would say "if there is a better big car in this price range, buy it." You will be searching a long time, at least through this year.
300 c
so far no problems with vehicle. really loves the way it handles, adapts to the road, and with fuel prices the way they are saves me a little at the pump.
Chrysler 300 M
Excellent experience. Different design. It has the features of an expensive european car, but not the price. Powerfull Hemy motor. Seats are great.
It's a Wonderful Car
This is a wonderful car that is exceptionally fun to drive. It's a luxury level sedan that does not disappoint -- comfortable and extremely roomy interior and terrific driving performance. It's a sharp looking car too and I continue to notice people looking at the car when I am driving it. I LOVE THIS CAR!
What a surprise!
I have owned mainly four door sedans most of my life and prefer the ride of a full-sized luxury car. I just bought a 2006 Chrysler 300C Heritage Edition in Inferno Red Crystal Pearlcoat and it is one of the most beautiful cars I have ever seen on the road. The 5.7 HEMI mated with a 5-speed Mercedes auto- stick transmission is fabulous, and can run circles around any Northstar caddy. The ride is quiet and smooth, but it handles with such agility and positive steering response it feels like a much smaller car. I am very impressed with the overall fit and finish, and am considering buying a second one (his & hers) in 2007. For what a Mercedes costs, I can buy 2 of these loaded!
safe car
my wife and I both love this car. This car looks good, handles well, runs real good for a vehicle that weighs over 4000 pounds.
Enjoyable and Frustrating
My experience with the 2006 300c has been enjoyable and frustrating. I find the car fun to drive and comfortable. I get a lot of compliments about the car with the after market grill and chrome pillar posts and I try to keep it clean polished.I think Chrysler did a great job in the design of this vehicle. The frustating part of my ownership experience is that I expected a little more quality for the price, I have 10,000 miles on the car and there is more squeaking and creaking than I had in the 2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee with 54,000 miles on it.
#3 still thrilled
purchased my third 300c heritage. i didnt think this car could get any better but i fell in love all over again the ride has improved.people still continue to stare this car has a very impressive statement on the road. why would you buy anything else is beyond me.
300 Outstanding performance
This is the finest automobile i've ever owned. Fuel mileage is outstanding, comfort, looks inside and out are outstanding a marvelous automobile
300C is my top choice in American cars
The Chrysler 300C is an excellent mix of luxury looks and power. The navigation system comes in handy but shoud have been touch screen! But besides that the I'm happy with the car. I traded my Ford Expedition in for this Hemi and miss sitting up high in my truck so im considering buying the new Cadillac truck or a Suburban but this Hemi is a keeper!
Chrysler 300 C Hemi
The Chrysler 300 C with Hemi drives and handles so well. I drove the Chrysler 300 6 cylinder and the 300C Hemi drives so much better. The vehicle is awesome!
Nice car, needs a few refinements.
Finally, got my 300C. Excluding back seat DVD and Sirius (n/a in Canada), it is fully loaded. It's been fun 3 days. Plenty of power. Effortlessly accelerating and passing other cars. Quiet. I owned 2 300Ms and moved to 300C thanks to Chrysler's pull forward program or it would be another 6 months in 300M. I also shopped BMW 5 series, but did not want to pay extra and wait another 6 month in the old car. Attractive design, but car feels a little bit bulky in the front (especially when cornering) as I can see hood's corners. I had no problems with visibility, but it takes a bit to get used to boxy design when parking. Shows 14l/100km mostly highway driving. Hoped for less, but no complaints.
I love this car
If you want the best of both American (Chrysler) and European (Mercades) engineering, buy this car. The look is bold yet elegant. The interior space is more than roomy. Features such as satelite radio and navigation enhance the overall experience. This car makes a statment, are you prepared for the attention you will get while behind the wheel?
Fun car to drive.
First of all the 300 is different. It doesn't look like it came from the same mold that 80% of the cars do now. I like the look. It is probably the best car that I have owned in many years. Great gas mileage, great looks, and really good build quility make it fun to drive. It has plenty of power and handles great. This is the second 300 that I have owned and they were both wonderful.
Different from the rest!
I have owned this great car for 3 months. At first I had some concern about gas mileage and figured I had bought power and it would cost me. REcent 600 mile trip with AC on and Interstate travel at 65-75 mph averaged 23 mpg which included about 2 hours of city driving. 100% interstate yields about 25 mpg. Fun to drive and it gets the looks and thumbs up!
Great Car
This is a high quality auto that is comfortable to drive and has all the power one would want. It has a good ride along with classy styling. I love the car and would reccommend it to everybody.
Love My Chyrsler 300
I absolutely love driving my 2006 300 touring series. I own the black one with the two-tone leather seats. The ride is smooth, the look is smooth and it's definitely a head turner. I get many compliments on it. With a vehicle as fine as this, I can't imagine going back to anything less. It set the standards for any future vechicles. I'm a customer for life.
Reese impressions
gentlemen& ladies: i have the 300 limited edition and i am very pleased with it.
I love my Chrysler 300 Limited
Handles, rides and acts like a car should. Quiet, has plenty of power. No problems
One of the best
Looked at it on Friday, test drove it on Satruday, bought it on Sunday......... I'm a big man and this car with it's telecoping wheel, variable pedals, and power seat, gives all the room I need for comfort and access to all the controls........ The fit and finish is one of the best for a NA built car.....I would like this car more if I could have gotten the hemi, but price and insurnce was was factor. All in all, one of the best I have owned and driven. I gave up a great Ford Crown Vic to drive one of the best! And the styling sure makes a statement!
The hidden value of the 300C
I did a lot of vehicle comparisons before purchasing my 300C AWD. This car offers more bang for the buck than any other full sized sedan. I've always been a GM fan but this car is far and away the the best and most fun I've ever driven. It get a lot more attention on the road as well. Great proformance and styling coupled with and handling package that is truly awsome I love this car!
Great Car
Very comfortable and fun car to drive. People seem to notice this car and have received many compliments. First road trip was 400 miles from Las Vegas to San Luis Obispo, CA, and made trip on one tank of gas with 100 miles left over on "miles to empty" computer. Got 29 miles per gallon for the entire trip. Chose Cool Vanilla for our exterior color and the custom "Bentley- style" front grill. Love it!
Morton's review
this vehicle is fun to drive, very roomy with exceptional interior space available both in the front and rear. I get compliments routinely.
Love my 300C
Got a great deal on a loaded 300C/AWD - it's beautiful inside and out. Nothing to complain about at all - I've let many of my friends and family drive it or borrow it. Everybody loves the smooth ride and comford. I would be confident to highly recommend this car to anyone who's thinking about getting one. Young and old alike, it's a looker. As my teenager said, "It's a luxury race car" - it outclasses the old man's Cadillac, Lucerne and shouldn't even be in the same category as any boring Ford. It's in a class of its own.
Watch Out
The 300 is a very pretty car to look at but, if you want a car that will stand up in performance and, reliabilty I wouldn't advise you to get a 300. I've had my car almost two years, I get my regular services however my car sounds and performs terrible. The transmission do not change smoothly and, its extremly loud. My tire went flat and, I was told I have a slow leak in the rim that can't be fixed which mean I have to buy a new rim at $400. If you have a choice please do not get a 300.
This Car is WONDERFUL
I absolutely love my 2006 Chrysler 300. It's big and roomy and not bad at all on gas. It turns heads everywhere I go. This is my 3rd Chrysler product. I had problems with my last Chrysler, 2004 Voyager and had to trade it. After trading my van for the Chrysler 300, I count the problematic Voyager as a blessing in disguise.
Great car, if only frony end was better
After having the car for only a week, I noticed that it was pulling to the right after two visits to the dealer for repairs, all they really did was over inflate the front tires. Now I guess my tire warrenty will be voited for improper ware.
Great Car
Just purchased the Chrysler 300. Without question it is the best car purchase I've ever made!!
Miss C
I absolutely love this care. For being my first car at the age of 16 well that's amazing. The style, the body, the interior its all so nice! but I got to say that it would be nicer to have the 300C stand out on the inside more then the 300. To me they're not the same car even if they do look alike besides the headlights and chrome features and Hemi 350. 300c should be recognized.
300 C
A few things could have been better, But then again, every car has some flaws. I found it vey difficiult to adjust the rear view mirror. I can't grip it good to move it. Bling spots all over. And limited view through the front window, cant see traffic light good, i find myself looking at the walk way lights to determine if the light changed green. But over all , i love it.!!!!!
Awesome Vehicle!!!
I purchased the Heritage edition model after seeing it debut at the LA Auto Show. The car is great! This model came pre-packaged with a lot of great features - seats are the same as the SRT model, has upgraded suspension and steering over the regular 300C, high intensity discharge headlights, all chrome grill, a spoiler, and other features not available on the standard 300C. I also purchased it in red - a real head turner. Have had lots of complements. It is amazing how a car of this size hugs the road as well as it does. I went from an accord to the 300C. What a change and boy was it worth it!
The best car for the buck
After researching for 8 months I finally bought a 2006 Cool Vanilla 300C. This vehicle is the best. I looked at Lexus, Acura, Lincoln, Mercedes and BMW. Just kept coming back to the 300C. This car is fast for a 4000 lb vehicle. Stereo system is great and vehicle cluster is nicely arranged. Visability is not as bad as everyone says although I am only 5 foot 9. Very comfortable. Tinted the windows today and it looks like a luxury limo. Can't wait to drive it tomorrow.Thinking about adding Chrysler Mopar parts to make it even faster.
300 C
An incredible automobile. I've owned Lexuses, Infinitys, Porsches, Caddys, Lincolns, Jaguars and this car is right there amongst the best for half the price. Faster than all, not quite as quiet, but I'd ride to Virginia and enjoy the trip all the way. A magnificent auto.
A Great American Sedan!
I recently purchased a 300C Heritage Edition, after trading in my 2003 Audi A4. Now, I absolutely loved my A4, and would recommend it to anyone. However, I wanted something a little larger, because the A4 was just getting a little tight for my family. I am extremely impressed by the 300C. It is large, comfortable, luxurious, and has never ending power. The interior and exterior styling is first class. I recommend this car to anyone who is looking at the large car segment...this is truly a great American sedan!
Chrysler 300C gets an "A"
This is my second Chrysler 300 and both have performed flawlessly. I put 150,000 miles on the first one in just under 5 years and already have $27,000 miles on my 2006C and it has always been a pleasure to drive and has run flawlessly. It is extremely comfortable, well-designed interior and you certainly cannot miss the exterior design! I have nothing but great things to say about this vehicle, and Chrysler in general. Thanks!
If you don't have one, get one.
I have had my 2005 300C (Black) since the middle of Feb 2005 and have almost 10K miles on it. I have thoroughly enjoyed everyone of them. The reason I bought it was because of it's uniqueness and the price. No matter where I go, usually someone will come up to me and want to see and talk about my ride. I continually get compliments on this car. It is a blast to drive. I have not had one single problem with it since I bought it. If you are looking for a luxury sports car sedan this vehicle covers all three.
300C follow up
Love it even more now! Trip to New Orleans and back without a worry. Better mileage than expected (21 mpg at 80+). Arrived ready to go farther. This car is awesome -- still point and shoot! Absolutely no regrets. Cruises all day at limit plus, and easily gives more when needed. Great cornering. A thrill and pleasure to push through corners. Turn signal and cruise controls still fall right to hand -- no guessing/fumbling. This car turns heads! Smiles and "thumbs up" often. Still unique enough. Don't see one on every corner, although more lately. Quiet and powerful -- does it get any better? This is the wife's car, now I want a Charger SRT-8!
Great car
One of the nicest cars I've had the priviledge to drive. I traded a Dodge Intrepid for the 300 and was concerned I might not be getting the room that I had in the Intrepid but I was wrong. It is a pleasure to drive the 300.
