Had problems with mine. Wheel wells kept falling down, trim around doors fell off several times, transfer case had to be rebuilt at 33,000. Vibration in drive train transferred to rattle under dash that caused me to dump the thing. I couldn't stand being in it when the rattle/vibration started. Never buy one again, ever. Recommend not buy!

It handles well in curves. I use to own a toyota 4runner but this vehicle handles better. I also like it being lower to the ground not so top heavy

I have found the Chevy trailblazer to be a reliable car with plenty of room and very reliable in all weather conditions found in the Northeast USA. Although I would have liked more choices for the standard interior I disagree with the critics that it has a "cheap" appearance. One of the reasons I chose this vehicle was for the comfort it offers to individuals like myself who are over six feet tall...I shopped about 20 vehicles in this category (including the ones they "highly" recommend) and found Chevy offered the most SUV for the money.

Just turned 5,000 miles. Close to zero defects. TB is fun to drive compared to our minivan. Front seating is comfortable and the ride is good, but it really rolls a lot when hitting bumpy corners. Maybe all SUV's do that. Haven't tried the 4WD yet. Nice to be able to pull into a parking space and not scrape on the barrier or curb. Definitely like better than a passenger car. Mileage running about 17 mpg as advertised in the city, but at least that weight provides some safety (as do the side airbags).

Good offroad vehicle

Trips include rough offroad and long distance events. Performed well. Problems with clunky second gear shift after four wheel driving. Also, cruise control fails after. Reason unknown but re-enters after battery disconnect for 30 min.
