Used 2004 Chevrolet Tahoe Consumer Reviews
Why buy a Tahoe?
Tahoe is nice, but it comes at a high price. Right now the truck is at the dealer because I'm getting water in the truck after I use the A/C or after driving in the rain. Carpets are soaked and stained. Should NOT have a 1960's problem in 2003. FIX IT! I have owned a bunch of Pontiac's and Chevy's in the past and to be honest, I'm done with GM! Looking at a Seqouia now and dumping the Tahoe. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves. Did you outsource parts from India or China???? Also had a front axle leak, knocking sound on startup and some drivetrain noises. The list goes on...
love a tahoe
I have only had my Tahoe for a few months. I love it. I would suggest it to anyone. I had no special reason to purchase it. I liked the way it looked and I loved the way it drove. It has plenty of room, if needed.

Segment Leader
Very satisfied w/the LS. Upgrades include: Bose system, leather, Sun Safe and something, towing pkg, 17" wheels, LS Prf'd, 5.3 engine, and 3rd row seating (saleman stressed it b/c of resale value). The LS makes the commute almost enjoyable. The ride is non-SUV-like as the bumps seem to dissappear. Looked at other vehicles at this price point (cars and SUVs) and concluded the Cheverolet offered more vehicle for the $$$.
heated seats
I love my tahoe. The only comment I have is that the controls for the heated seats are easily bumped on and the next thing you know your back is on fire. It is funny when it happens to everyone but you.
An SUV that drives like a Car
The commerical tells it all. When the SUV parks between all those motorcycles, is exactly how this handles. Best car I have owned, recommend it to anyone.
