This is a complete car. Fun to drive, a great looker and comfortable. My wife rates the ride better than the SUV that the Corvette replaced and was surprised that the car was as comfortable as it is. We bought the used Corvette over a new T-Bird after driving both. The convertible top seals so there are no leaks and is fairly quiet on the highway. Fuel mileage is excellent. I'm experiencing 25-28 mpg on the highway and 20-25 in town. The car is striking to look at and provides excellent room in the cockpit and can easily accomodate luggage for 2 for a 2-week vacation. We took it on the trip over the wife's Cadillac DHS.

I had first thought about getting a fiftieth edition corvette when I realized that the anniversary coincided with my fiftieth birthday. I eschewed the convertible for the quieter ride of the hatchback but made up for it with the Plexiglas roof panel. The six-speed manual gives the driver complete control and is an integral part of driving a car with the soul of a corvette. I have only caused the Active handling system to activate a few times but it did steady the ride.

I bought a 2000 AT Corvette and fell in love with it, but i wasn't too happy about the AT transmission, so i thought i would try a more comfortable car and i bought a Mercedes. All it took was 3 days in that Mercedes and i had to get rid of and went and bought me My Vette Back, 03 yellow, i tell u what...a Dream Come true! i will always have one

This car handles well and the Z06 exhaust sounds so good. I just recently installed Philips HID 6000k kit and changed the oil. It's the best value and the design of the engine allows for easy access. That means when the car needs some repair work, it'll be easy to work on and costs less.

Mil. Yellow and 405+HP! What a thrill! I was concerned about NOT having a disc changer; HA! All I want to hear is the wind of that LS6! I was lost in the "oldies" (SS454 etc) untill I laid on this baby! Better not turn traction control off 'till your 120+mph.

This 03 Rag Top, Yellow no less, 6 speed is our second shot at a Vette. Our 92 Coupe was great, but this 2003 is much more car! Looks, Handling, Workmanship, Performance. Grab a dictionary and all the "good words" describe this car. We are very pleased and put some miles on this past weekend. Lots of admiring motorists! Come on summer!

After having owned numerous Corvette's I have found that the Z06 is by far the best Corvette made to date. You get your bang for the buck when buying a Z06 in that it is just as or almost as quick as cars costing $25000 or more AND it's American made. It's comfortable to drive and the buttons and switches are all easily accessible. Where else can you get a vehicle with 405 hp that gets 19 mpg city and 28 mpg hwy?

My experience has been Excellent in every way. I also took the Option "museum Delivery" ($490.00 - 2003)Which in my case was offset by destination charges (aprx $750.00)this is offset by travel- pick up expense. My only criticism was before the actual purchase NO LOCAL DEALERS (JAX FL & St.Mary's GA) Would order the car with the "museum Delivery" option ? 1 of 2 reasons for the "Volunteer chevy sevierville Tenn" Dealer purchase

My 03 Z06 has been flawless. I have had Zero problems & am well pleased. I had the Millenium Yellow on my 00 Coupe but like the Electron Blue on my Z06 better. The LS6 engine is sort of a sleeper, seeming little different than the LS1 @ lower to mid-range rpm. The difference becomes instantly apparent over 4500 rpm where the LS6 really shines. Both engines have an abundance of torque making driving fun & exciting, the HP from 4500-6500 of the LS6 however truly sets it apart from other C5 corvettes.

This is definately one of the best cars ever built. It will out accelerate a 360 Modena and even the formidable 911 Turbo, and out grip them too. If you don't belive me, just read the magazines (Car and Driver, Road and Track, Motor Trend) and manufacturer's specs for all these great cars yourself.

This is my 4th Vette ('77, '84, '01, '03). For a car that supposedly has a long heritage of poor quality and unreliability, this car has been virtually flawless, as was my '01. Great gas mileage for a car so fast that it'll scare you out of your boxers. Don't buy the Z06 unless you're a fanatic for speed and handling; the coupe or 'vert ride a tad bit more comfortable, though the Z06 is by no means punishing.

This is the most fun car I have driven. You simply cannot compare the feeling of driving with the top down. The car has sufficient power to get away from less experienced drivers. If you have open road and are not to worried about getting pulled over, putting the peddle to the floor is quite exhilarating. Some of the interior components could use a more luxurious touch. However for the cost, the Corvette is the most powerful, best all around car on the market.

This was the first Corvette which I had ever driven (and purchased). The fit and finish are outstanding. The ride and seating are both very comfortable..especially compared to being a passenger in 1970-80's models! I am 6'2", 230 lbs, and I am very comfortable for several hours of driving.

This is a very good car. Too bad there were so many copies sold. It will be years, if ever, before it becomes a collector's car. It's a good thing they made a really good car, but you didn't have to pay an extra $6,000 along with literally thousands of other folk for the "anniversary edition".

Please stop complaining about mpg that’s like saying I want the light very bright in the room but I don't want a high electric bill. P.S. Pay for the gas or go drive a Yugo.

This 2004 Z06 is my first Vette and I am blown away by it. Solid as a rock. Motor on steroids. Exhaust note to die for. Great mileage. Best curvy body since Catherine Zeta Jones. I own a Mercedes S 55 that seems as exciting as a bowl of cottage cheese compared to a drive in the Z06. Keep the walnut and air conditioned glove box. This American Guy will take styling, brute force, and the extra $60K in the bank. What took me so long?

I purchased my Z06 with 9,000 miles on the odometer. Best car I've owned. Great mpg for a car with base 405 hp. Best recorded 31.6 mpg. Some say noisy interior but with a trunk partition 80% of roadnoise gone. Hey, it's a sports car! Best bang for the buck car around. Great looks! Very quick, responsive.

This is my second Vette (93) and the 2003 Zo6 shows improvement in power, road ability while keeping the Corvette historical looks and feel. The Zo6 seats are very comfortable and offer lots of support--better than the C4 seats. Have had no warranty issues with the car and everything works! The CAGS, which is a major safety issue, should have a defeat switch but most get an after-market by-pass. The Zo6 has the trunk feature that surpasses the glass hatch that now has body panels attached to it. The heads-up display is a cute feature but useless on rougher roads as it gives you a major headache when you try to focus on them.

I can't believe the ride quality of my 50th Anniversary Red/Shale Corvette convertible.. having owned a previous C5 and C4, I was skeptical of the magnetic ride control.... but it works very well. Power Sport seats are comfortible and supportive. Nice paint job for a Vette..!! Shale interior is a nice break from black... Steering feels a little dead at center, especially coming from 02 330Cic.. Plenty of power and V8 torque... smooth
