Rented for a week...

Good looking vehicle but not impressive to drive. The blind spots and the narrow view out of the rear view mirror made it hard to drive. You have only the distance between the large head rests to see behind you. I’m not tall but I bumped my head most times either entering or exiting the vehicle. The gear shift gets in the way of the cup holder. Would have liked them placed elsewhere and additional ones.

Sure, the Cadillac name has some SWAG, but the hype is over-blown... As is the price

2016 Caddy XTS The Greatness That Was Cadillac

When I purchased this vehicle I thought about the Cadillacs of yesteryear. Big. Floaty. Comfortable. Wallowing. The XTS is the best of what Cadillacs were known for from the sofa comfortable seats to the old style tail fins (look at the rear red tail lamps - they are an ode to the Cadillac fins of yesteryear). The quality however... is traditional General Motors.... squeaky bits and feels loosely put together. The V 6 is by no means weak, but don't expect to win any races from traffic lights anytime soon. Overall, with all the turbo four downsized Cadillacs coming out its a shame that the XTS model was phased out. Remember, the XTS was built on the Chevy Impala body, so expect as such.
