The only things I like about the 2025 X3 IS THE ENGINE, GREAT GAS MILAGE, AND THE QUIET RIDE. It ends there.The interior cabin is not typical BMW luxurious, but exhibits a rather cold techno look, devoid of any warmth. The section of the dashboard that faces the front passenger looks like an unfinished vinyl bubble! Now for the curved dashboard! It looks awful, cheap, and like a chess game, is overly complicated WHEN IT SHOULDN’T BE! Examples: the heating/ac controls, a 2-step touch screen process to access the fake radio presets that appear on the curved screen, and how about putting back a real rocker switch ON THE STEERING WHEEL FOR THE HEATED STEERING WHEEL??!! I could go and on with many more examples of this new, supposedly improved operating system, but just like the actual experience of sitting behind the wheel of this techno mess, my brain becomes too frazzled to continue typing! The old saying applies here: WHAT WERE THEY THINKING when they designed this 2025 X3 BMW??

I just traded my X5 for this new 2025 X3 due to my spouse being 4’10. I wanted something more adequate for her height. Long story short went to Church Sunday in the new 2025 X3 with only 234 miles on it, and it died in the middle lane. To make matters worse it was Sunday and I waited 2 hours for roadside assistance to arrive. All I could think was wow! unbelievable. I have never had a new vehicle leave me stuck in the middle of the street. I don’t know it to blame BMW or is it because it is built in South Carolina USA. Any way I’ll be searching for a replacement in the next year or so.

Excellent smooth and road holding drive in the x3 30. Great acceleration and gas mileage has been better than advertised. Interior has very good fit and finish with the exception of the door pulls which are plastic.the rest of the interior is not as luxurious as some other models but comfort, performance and electronics have been exceptional.
