Good roads - buy it,Crappy roads- don't buy one
On crappy NY state roads full of blacktop patches and potholes - my 5 year old 50,000 mile X3 is a very rough bumpy ride.

Just Anther Old Guy
Update 111/07/22. We are now down to one BMW, our grandson took our '08 X3 and was shortly after the victim of a nasty accident that left it totaled. He now has the 1995 BMW M3. Our 2017 X3 is looking good and doing well. We have about 47,000 miles on it and all is well. The only real problem we have had is one of the run-flat tires picked up a screw in exactly the right place to become unrepairable. We chose a Certified Pre Owned BMW because we have had four other BMWs, three of which we still have. The quality of auto is very important to us and we feel that BMW makes one of the best. The X3 is quite comfortable, has great security attributes, and performs admirably.
