A Great Package
This car is extremely capable. It looks good and feels great. Its handling is tight. Its power is good but, with a 2.7T, it could raise the driver's response from "fun" to "overwhelming." The seats are comfortable, and highly adjustable. The Bose radio upgrade is spectacular. At its price point, the 1.8T's appearance, comfort, handling, and finish make this car tough to beat.
very impressed
Have to admit I was impressed with the new Audi A4. At first I was skeptical because the older Audi A4, though very recognized all-around, didn't appeal to me. But the new one was really cool. It is a lot more spacious, same as 3 series and C-class. Car was quick on the road, handles bumps and corners like nothing I have seen. Interior is absolutely first rate. BMW should learn from Audi's interior. If you like to ride in luxury without sacrificing personality and having to settle with Rexus blandness and fake luxury, then Audi is the answer.

A4
Some cars feel like luxury while some don't regardless what each is advertised to be. I personally like to sit in one and figure it out for myself. Now sit in an A4 and you'll be surprised that you only need to pay below 30k for it. The door shuts with a heavy "chug", sometimes I would find myself closing it a few times just because the first time didn't shut it completely (my old car was a Lexus, light doors).
