This Alfa Romeo 4C Spider is the most engaging car I have ever driven...every time I get into this supercar, a smile comes on my face!! If you love twisty, tight corner back roads...this car never disappoints!! I drive with many other drivers of different makes...on these back roads...and they are wishing to drive an Alfa Romeo 4C instead...First, They cannot keep up, secondly...the handling of the 4C is with it's extremely wide footprint...is noticeably unmatched by their vehicles! They definitely know what an Italian Supercar is all about!! I realized at 62 yrs old...life is short...I am having a blast before it is my time to go!!

Long time ALFA lover since 1969. Street cars and a SCCA racer also in 1970's. Bought my 2015 4C LE new and has been a fabulous car. Better tires and a good alignment are all you need to take it to next level. Lots of tips for tweaking performance and maintenance at on-line 4C Forum (I am a super moderator there). They have proven to be very reliable and while not Ford or Chevy cheap to maintain, they are a lot cheaper than P or B or M cars to own and maintain.... and you won't see another pull up next to you at stop lights. Update review on May 2024. No changes... still a fabulous car. My dealership... Genesis... in Macomb, Michigan is best dealership experience I have had in 60 years of various car ownership.

The Alfa Romeo 4C is not for everyone. It is not a practical daily driver. But for those who value a true driving experience on back roads or the track, this is a very special car. A carbon fiber chassis provides a very light weight car. A turbocharged 4 cyl engine gives amazing mid range torque, and delightful sounds. Brakes are incredible. The steering is unassisted and quick. When you drive hard into a corner, the Alpha 4C begs you to go faster. There was a long list of options for this car. The only must have in my opinion, is the optional track package. This adds a rear roll bar and a larger front bar. Body roll is nil with this package. Some owners complain of a rough ride, tramlining, and bump steer. This is easily remedied by replacing the very rigid Pirelli PZero OEM tires. A high performance Michelin or Continental tire is a good choice. The worst option is the larger 18/19 inch wheels. They just exacerbate the Pirelli PZero problems. The standard 17/18 wheel size is appropriate for this car, and provides more tire choices. I also currently own a Corvette C8. It feels like a bloated SUV compared to the 4C. Driving the 4C reminds me of a 1985 Porsche 911 I once owned. The 4C is not a luxury sports car. It is a pure drivers car. Alpha Romeo produced the type of sports car that no one thought we would see again. It is a very special car. Do not miss out if you have the opportunity to get one.

Definitely... I would not call it a supercar...but its a fine automobile for sports driving.
