Love my car - Hate the missing spare tire
Love my car. Runs great. I just hate that it doesn't come with a spare tire. And to make it worse, a full size spare doesn't fit in the trunk. The least Acura could do is give you space for a full size tire to be stored.

I get it
I just bought a 2020 ILX and love the thing. I saw all the negative criticism but car critics look at the differently from the daily driver. While looking at owner reviews it was night and day, test driving it was awesome and I love the car. I had a Mazda before this and the main difference would be the screen was larger in that and it didn't have a CD player but to be honest.....I don't care. Love the Acura.
Great car for city and occasional distance driving
I have owned several Acuras, but this time I was in the market for a town car. Compared to the Civic, the Sonata, the Camry, the Jetta, the Elantra, Mazda 3, etc. this car outperforms, out values, out comforts, is economical, and of course the Acura/Honda reliability and Acura service and warranty make it a go to car for the purpose. I don't really see the obsession with comparing it to a BMW, an Audi or a Mercedes which are all significantly more expensive.

Sound system nightmare
If you listen to your music through Bluetooth, you won’t be able to with this car. Absolutely horrid vibration. Sounds like I have the bass turned up all the way and all I hear is noise. I took it to dealership. They said they can put some foam around the speakers. Said it would help but still wouldn’t be great sound. I’ve had an Acura before and never had this problem. I traded in my Lexus and it had a wonderful sound system. Dealership said it was because Acura used plastic parts around speakers. Since I listen to music in my car all the time, this is a huge disappointment! I’m so sorry I bought this car. And I’m stuck with it! Why is no one else talking about this?
