According to the specs reached from this link http://www.edmunds.com/used/1999/infiniti/q45/index.html it's a 4.1 liter engine with 266 horsepower.

rather quiet lately...everyone gone to sleep???... been reading up on used Q45s...apparently 2000, and especially 2001, were the "dark years for Infiniti"...were the cars that bad, or were they just similar to the previous years cars, waiting for the big changeover in 2002???...are 1999, 2000, and 2001 worth owning, or buying used today???...does the car still move well with 266 HP???...I assume 340 HP would be faster, but most vehicles that ...
