Powerful and efficient

2022 Ford Ranger
Over my past year with the Ford ranger, I found it to be a very pleasing vehicle to drive. It does drive like a truck, but it has never felt unstable or dangerous even during evasive maneuvers. Interior quality is fairly good as far as squeaks and rattles are concerned. Although there is a lot of hard touch plastic it is pretty solid. The technology inside for 2023 is a bit outdated but … it’s definitely better than Tacoma.
PERFORMANCE:
The truck has great power I believe it’s the best performing Midsize pick up. It is more than capable of performing high-speed freeway overtaking. Although the 10 speed automatic transmission can trip over its own feet, sometimes it does a good job at utilizing all of the engines power.
EFFICIENCY:
I drive a 2022 Ford ranger XLT 2wd and efficiency overall has been very good with an average combined fuel economy of 22.8 combined city and high mileage over 13,000 miles. Although on long highway trips. Going 65 miles an hour you can easily reach 30 miles per gallon. Compared to the Toyota Tacoma. It is extremely efficient.
