Hello, I have a 1996 Chrysler LHS and I am having problems with my power door locks. Actually just the drivers side. When I just barely touch it, it makes a buzzing noise probably just like yours did. If i press it to unlock, all 3 other doors will lock, and vice-versa for when i press it to lock, they all unlock. With the exception of my drivers side door. With ... Read More

1996 LHS GETTING REPAIRED
Written by: anthony56 on Jun 1, 2000 4:05:07 AM

I was refused any assistance, including an evaluation request by any Chrysler dealership regarding the safety of the vehicle. Another problem ... Read More

I have gotten respectable service out of the three I have purchased, which were top of the product line. And the Chrysler dealer has been polite and relatively honest. My recently acquired '96 LHS (#388) has done pretty ... Read More

1996 LHS, RUMBLING NOISE
Written by: anthony56 on Apr 28, 2000 2:56:02 AM
I purchased a 1996 Chrysler LHS with 46,000 miles last fall. Shortly after I bought the car I noticed a rumbling or growling noise that periodically came from under the hood. This usually occurs as you first start moving forward, after shifting from reverse to drive, although it can happen any time when first moving forward. The noise only lasts for an instant and there is a hint of vibration with ... Read More
