Used 2003 Volkswagen Jetta Consumer Reviews
Jetta Crackdown
Attracted by the impressive body styling, I realized i wanted a Jetta. Things only got better when i found they came with a Turbo charger. I decided on getting the leather seats too which is a definite plus. The only downside is that the service at the dealership is terrible. Also, my car keeps getting more and more rattles.
I hate this car!
I've had 3 cars in the last 22 years, this Jetta is the only one in which extended time for repairs have caused me to lose out on jobs. I always wanted a VW but I HATE this car. The parts are too expensive, not always available, and it is hard to work on the car yourself. Pep Boys would not replace a water pump for me because the car was too complicated for their mechanics and the dealership mechanics are far from good. Everything about the car is hard. You must slam the trunk to close it, you must punch the horn to get it to honk. The doors are heavy. The seats are hard. If you drop something under a seat, forget it. The manual is complicated. And I could on and on..

WoW
I love it! It makes my day.
Bells and Whistles
Fun drive, classy interior, best crash ratings possible (very safe), awesome sound system. Very fast car for a 4 door car.
Born to commute
I drive my TDI around 250km a day and have had not a single problem in my first 55000km. Also took a long road trip down the westcoast camping and was pleasantly surprised that the car held all our camping gear and then some. Have and will continue to recommend this car to everyone!!
