Do Not Buy Here! My experience with Music City Autoplex was terrible after purchasing my vehicle. They have terrible communication and poor leadership. I was promised I would be called 3 different times by there customer service rep and he never called. I was telling my sales person that I don't like buying cars from these small dealership because they buy crashed cars and fixed them and that I didn't want that. She assured me that they would never do that. Come to find out my truck has been completely repainted. That wasn't on the Carfax and isn't a very nice thing to find out on a 40k truck. I came in to look at a used Jeep after speaking with the salesman I told him when I was willing to pay, even said well let's see if they accept it and of course he said they did and they would need an hour to complete the paperwork, so then after about two hours they needed me to come back inn and once I was there he said okay yep you were approved my credit scores at 730. He brings me to the paperwork and it has the original sticker price on the Jeep and I was like I know what is this we agreed on this price and then here comes the finance manager Ono all our Jeeps are priced as low as they can go we cannot go that low I told him that the salesmen already talked to you I watched him go in your office there cuz you have glass walls and now you're saying you can't go that low so we couldn't agree on a price on that jeep and they let me walk out the door and never once offered me another Jeep or any other vehicle for that matter after I was already approved for 24000 you would think they would try to put me in something but no finance manager thought he was just the s*** 2 months later the Jeep is still sitting on the lot Jeep is 22000 I was going to go 20 with a trade in

Do Not Buy Here! My experience with Music City Autoplex was terrible after purchasing my vehicle. They have terrible communication and poor leadership. I was promised I would be called 3 different times by there customer service rep and he never called. I was telling my sales person that I don't like buying cars from these small dealership because they buy crashed cars and fixed them and that I didn't want that. She assured me that they would never do that. Come to find out my truck has been completely repainted. That wasn't on the Carfax and isn't a very nice thing to find out on a 40k truck.
