2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee L
Bought top of the line Grand Cherokee L with V8. Horrible economy. Why can't Jeep come up with new engines, and after checking with service department the maintenance cost will be ridiculously high. NO loaners, No washing the car, dealership staff cares nothing about customer service and does not know how to treat customers. Called Jeep after repeated problems and they could not care … less. After it being in the shop more than on the road, I took this weekend and traded it in. Nice to be back with a car company that provides good customer service and a quality product. Never again will I own a Chrysler product.
