2004 Chrysler Sebring
I bought my 2004 Sebring brand new and have never regretted it. The first dealer I approached refused to sell me one, they told me I couldn't afford it without even checking my excellent credit record. So I had to go across town to another dealer and he also gave me a hard time. He accused me of pressing him too hard to include free Sirius radio. He asked me to leave! But I bought the … car against his objections, I told him the deal is set, no need to complain about my tactics anymore. He was very upset that I didn't seem happier, I told him I am, I just didn't want to celebrate the purchase with him. I haven't had the reported issues with engine sludge, no blown motor. But the motor mounts came completely undone, almost certainly because I have a very steep, cracked driveway, a virtual obstacle course. I never had a garage, my car was always exposed to the elements and I still have the original convertible top, no leaks, no tears, completely intact. It is hard to get parts since the convertible was discontinued ten years ago, but that's just a minor inconvenience.
