    Dealer Review:

    I had a bad experience combined with a complete write off of me as a customer by the GM (Tony) before he even heard my full question. I would avoid this dealership. I arrived to order a new vehicle and have my trade in evaluated today. NO service lights were on upon my arrival. The GM and others borrowed my key and checked out my vehicle (while I was left inside the showroom). After their look, they proceeded to tell me the "Service Engine Soon" light was on and implied this would take $2500 off the value of my car. It didn't matter much in the moment, as they proceeded to tell me that they could not order a new vehicle for me until 2023 (even though that's why I was there in the first place - a deception in itself vs. just telling me that on the phone when I asked before I came in). Upon starting my car and departing the dealership, there was indeed now a "Service Engine Soon" indicator lit up on my dash. I couldn't figure out why the light was not on when I arrived but it was after they looked at the car. I called the GM (Tony) to ask what, if anything, may have been done that could trigger an indicator to come on (i.e. run diagnostic, plug in computer, start with gas cap open, etc.) to see if this could be explained. Tony became immediately defensive, would not let me finish explaining the situation or my question...he simply said "take your business elsewhere." So I did. The experience itself was curious, but the GM's response has made me absolutely distrust this dealership and how they handle a potential customer. There are much better dealers elsewhere. P.S. I happened to have a picture of my dashboard prior to the visit and emailed it to the sales rep to show my mileage (no service now indicator light) and an after picture (which now showed indicator light on). The GM's response was don't care, don't bother. If this is the way the GM handles a potential customer, I cannot imagine how poorly his team may treat them after a sale. Bad culture. Avoid.

    I went online last year and ordered a fully loaded, brand new, Mustang Mach E from Ford. Ordering it this way meant the price was locked in at MSRP and really all Bill Pierre had to do was sign the final papers and give me the car when it arrived. With the incompetent crew they have at the dealer they couldn't even do that. When my car arrived after a 6 month wait, the dealer didn't even contact me. Ford emailed me and I had to reach out to Bill Pierre. Once I got ahold of someone in the sales department they informed me they had scratched my car on delivery but asked me to come in the next day to do the paperwork. I am pretty understanding that things happen, so I went in the next day and did the paperwork. After spending 5 hours at the dealer they were finally able to process all the paperwork which seemed like a strangely challenging task for a group whose job is selling cars. (no trade-in, financing pre-approved, direct through Ford- should have been the simplest task ever) Even after 5 hours though, they still couldnt tell me where my car was. They had actually lost my car and couldn't tell me where it was being repaired or when I would get it back. It took me 4 days to finally get an update from them on a car that I had now already paid for. The next week they eventually delivered my car to me. However, this wasn't even something they could do right. They delivered me a car without temporary license plates or an owners manual. The owners manual had the code to the car door in it, which normally wouldnt be a big deal but since I was planning on driving this car with my phone as the key a backup entry code is a nice piece of mind. The incompetent sales staff once again couldn't help me and I finally had to get through to the customer service manager, Jody. After waiting another three days they were able to find my owners manual and email me temporary plates so I could legally drive my car. At this point, I thought I was done dealing with the ridiculous sales team, but nope, not out of hot water yet. When I went to take off the hideous Bill Pierre license plate frame they hung on the car, I found that the entire section of the car covered by the plate was where they failed to properly repair the paint on the car. This is a brand new car, and when they had fixed the scratch on my bumper that occurred during delivery, they were so lazy fixing it that they got overspray on the car with a very obvious tape line and then just covered it up with a paper license plate. Totally unacceptable and dishonest. Over the next two months I tried to get my car fixed to my expectations. At every step of the way I had to hound the customer service manager to get the help I was desperately looking for. They took my car for an entire week and gave me a trashed Ford eco-sport as a loaner car. They made a bunch of excuses about a vehicle shortage, but it was insanity to give me an absolute beater after I had just paid full price for a brand new car that they had damaged and then expect me to drive an absolute piece of junk while they tried to fix their mistake. After the entire week, they told me it was ready to come pick up. When I showed up the sales man told me he was sorry but they hadn't fixed my car. They had tried to buff out the overspray and if anything made it worse. The flawed paint was very obvious and could be spotted from a mile away. I brought the car in a second time and they once again had it for several days. This time they still couldn't fix the paint properly. When I complained to the customer service manager that it still wasn't done correctly she told me she didn't know how that would be possible given how they did the repair. At this point I gave up. I had invested probably 40 hours of my time going back and forth with the dealer to fix their mistake. They never once went the extra mile or went above and beyond but consistently did the absolute bare minimum only because I was begging them to. I love my new Mustang Mach E. It's been an awesome car. I will buy more Fords but never again from Bill Pierre. Dishonest, Lazy, and the worst car buying experience I've ever had. I suggest you take your business elsewhere.

    Contacted dealership on a Tuesday about a truck for sale that was priced well below blue book, too good to be true. I asked the salesman Mahdi to confirm bed length and send me more photos of truck, he said he would do it that day but I never heard back from him. I finally heard back from him on Friday saying that he finally confirmed that the Chuck had a long bed like we were looking for and he sent me a few pictures we started the process of getting an appointment set up. We were worried about hidden problems so we set up a pre buyer's inspection at a separate dealership and set an appointment with the salesman for the next day at 1:30 to come take the truck for a test drive and the prebuyers inspection. I texted the salesman at 10:45 a.m. on Saturday to confirm that the truck was there and that we were still on for the 1:30 appointment, he confirmed and my husband left our home at 12:25 to drive the hour it took to the dealership. Received a text from the salesman at 12:45 saying that he was so sorry but someone was test driving the truck and most likely buying it. I called and asked to speak to a manager who is very insensitive to the whole issue and said that's their policy that it's first come first serve, they won't even hold a vehicle for travel time which is a policy I've never heard. I believe there is a hidden problem with this truck and they knew we were going to find out at the buyer's inspection. We also found out along the way that the truck did have a lot of work done to it that was not listed on the Carfax and that the dealership did not disclose to us prior to sitting the appointment, we got this information from giving the VIN number to a different dealership and they looked it up and said that it did have some major mechanical repairs including pistons and something with the gasket.     Dealer Review:

    I had a bad experience combined with a complete write off of me as a customer by the GM (Tony) before he even heard my full question. I would avoid this dealership. I arrived to order a new vehicle and have my trade in evaluated today. NO service lights were on upon my arrival. The GM and others borrowed my key and checked out my vehicle (while I was left inside the showroom). After their look, they proceeded to tell me the "Service Engine Soon" light was on and implied this would take $2500 off the value of my car. It didn't matter much in the moment, as they proceeded to tell me that they could not order a new vehicle for me until 2023 (even though that's why I was there in the first place - a deception in itself vs. just telling me that on the phone when I asked before I came in). Upon starting my car and departing the dealership, there was indeed now a "Service Engine Soon" indicator lit up on my dash. I couldn't figure out why the light was not on when I arrived but it was after they looked at the car. I called the GM (Tony) to ask what, if anything, may have been done that could trigger an indicator to come on (i.e. run diagnostic, plug in computer, start with gas cap open, etc.) to see if this could be explained. Tony became immediately defensive, would not let me finish explaining the situation or my question...he simply said "take your business elsewhere." So I did. The experience itself was curious, but the GM's response has made me absolutely distrust this dealership and how they handle a potential customer. There are much better dealers elsewhere. P.S. I happened to have a picture of my dashboard prior to the visit and emailed it to the sales rep to show my mileage (no service now indicator light) and an after picture (which now showed indicator light on). The GM's response was don't care, don't bother. If this is the way the GM handles a potential customer, I cannot imagine how poorly his team may treat them after a sale. Bad culture. Avoid.

Beautiful piece of junk

Black Label 4dr SUV 4WD (3.5L 6cyl Turbo 10A)
After years of Navigators I became bored and bought a few different Suv's, until the new Navigator was announced. I ordered one immediately! Within the first month I knew something was really off about the car and the way it drove. I took it back to the dealer twice to only be told noting was wrong. Fast forward a year and the transmission totally fails and had to be replaced, only they … didn't totally replace it, they only did half. A month later it failed again, as did the engine. Now bow have been replaced and it still doesn't run well. It has a constant vibration that it never had before the total overhaul under the hood. Lincoln has a major problem with service. They may have built the best looking SUV out there, but if it doesn't run properly and they treat you horrible when you need service, it just isn't worth it. Even with the Black Label the service is embarrassing. They will need to step it up if they want to compete with the Escalade, Range Rovers, etc... So, in short I'd look elsewhere if you are contemplating this vehicle, I've had just about every luxury SUV out there and this one was by far the worst!
