Purchased the car through trade-in on 5/9/2021. The salesperson gold plated the deal adding service options I didn't want ( I admit I needn't have signed up for it). When I went back to get those things removed, I was told to wait till the loan formalities to complete since I was financing through Honda Financial. I was also told that I will be paid the difference of my trade-in value minus loan amount via check. It has been over a month and I have not heard from anyone about my check and loan has not been processed yet. My payment from traded car was taken out of my account in spite it being sold to the dealership. Numerous calls and follow ups on when I'll receive my check and can get the service options removed off my loan have gone unanswered. I would give 0 stars if Edmunds would let me.
