Everything you need, nothing you don't

After one week of ownership, I totally love it! Smooth V6 and 6 speed auto trans. Rides great, plenty of power and the SR model has just the right amount of accessories for me; everything I need, nothing I don't. I traded in a 2020 Subaru Outback, which was gutless, had no feel for the road and was constantly beeping, buzzing, blinking at me with all of the driver assist bs. I just want to drive my vehicle! This Tacoma is just the ticket, look forward to many years of enjoyment.

2021 toyota tacoma 4wd bucks and jerks dealership says this is normal if this true toyota quality has gone down the toilet. Very unhappy big disappointment. Bought toyota to get away from this kind of problems. I think they are way overrated very subpower truck. Will not have truck fir long. I guess im used to having higher quality trucks my mistake will not happen again.

Windshield broke on first warm day in parking lot non moving. 2 dealers claimed it was a chip. First oil change reported to be a quart low. Random pre-detonation even in the ect power mode. Wish I still had the old FJ. Toyota is not what it was.

I hear this has been a problem with the 21 Toyota Tacoma SR5 and so far I have to agree the transmission does love to get lost between gears I hope this is an issue that they can resolve quickly because when it comes to acceleration it'll bog down before it takes off which can be dangerous. Other than that I love this truck more than I love most people 😁😁

SR V6 with SX package. I personally love the look of the truck. The interior is understated but very functional & user friendly. The newer infotainment system is very user friendly and has great features such as presets across AM,FM, & Satelite, so no need to switch modes. Toyota safety sense is standard. The V6 is adequate but not perfectly paired with the transmission. The tailgate has a slow open, as not to slam down. The rail system in the bed allows for easy tie downs with the supplied tie downs x 4. Sensing high beams are standard. The price starts in the 26k range. Overall I am pleased thus far. Under 1k miles driven. One additional note. Gas mileage is about 19 to the gallon, mixed use.
