Used 2022 Tesla Model Y Consumer Reviews
Roadside Assistance Sucks
The car has no spare tire, and their roadside assistance is a scheme to get money. They will provide towing only to their service centers.

Terrible Customer service
I am completely committed to Electric Vehicles, however, it probably wont be Tesla. The electronics on my 2022 model Y have been failing on and off and so far they haven't solved the problem It's impossible to get anyone on the phone and scheduling an appt for service is days out.
Poor Car - read me berore buying
This is one of the few times I really want to write a review. This car is a tuna can, very poor comfort, the seats are awful, cero comfort when driving, you feel you are riding in a cart with cero suspension. You are going to feel every single pebble on the road in your bottom. VERY BAD tesla operating model for customer service. No one to talks to you, and you are required to send them emails. When you go to the dealer, they treat you with cero respect, and if you try to talk to them, they ask you to send an email and make another appointment. The one thing I hate the most is that the key-less entry system with the cellphone doesn't work if you have the phone in your pocket. You have to have the phone in your hand for it to work. I can't wait for my lease to expire and go to real car brands, like GM, Ford, Mercedes, or BMW. Regarding electric vs gas, you are going to end up spending about 50% of the money, plus you need to spend around 1200 upfront to install the fast charger in your house. There are only two good things about this car: You are contributing to save the environment, and the acceleration. When they tell you that you are going to save money on service because there are no oil changes, they forget to tell you that you are required to change the rear tires every 15,000 miles, because literally the car eats the rear tires.

Not worth the $
Just got our 3rd Tesla. Had a 2016 Model S then 2019 Model X ton of small problems now a 2022 Model Y. Was never told the semi driverless and self parking was not included and the Key FOB was extra. Using the phone is a pain the key is a joke need to go to your wallet to open a door and it slides off the area to use it.Too many issues at 2 weeks . This is an overpriced Chevy Volt. Thought I would have Tesla’s for a long long time but this is most likely the last. May look at the Cadilac Lyric. Totally regret the 2022 Tesla Y
