Working out of the van is great for the room it offers but everything else sucks. This truck has annoyed me to the point I wanted to find a review page just to [non-permissible content removed]. I have a 2022 and its currently 2025. I have had to many issues with this thing to list all of them. Aside from mechanical failures one after the next same as many on this forum, the most annoying part of this truck is how it never stops randomly changing setting on me. It dont matter what one bc they all keep changing. Mph-kph odometer keeps getting replaced by traffic sighns auto park break keeps reverting back to auto after I turn it off. Randomly key fob stops working radio touch screen keeps freezing always break checks me bc it thinks something is in front of me and proly the worst driving experience iv had was when I stopped on a Mildly frozen driveway ans it started to slip once I tried to go but the motor dogged out and it wouldn't let me spin the tires. Instead it started to roll backwards into a car behind me so I tried to instead hit the breaks for the abs to kick in and keep rolling back so finally I tried to throw it in park for it to tell me I couldn't bc I was moving. If the client didn't see all this and move his car I would of hit it bc the damn truck thinks it knows better than me on how to drive. Van offers very limited options for customizing features and it sets the door locks to work independently and auto lock when u move so as im doing pole work I have to keep te unlocking my doors 100 times a day, the horn keeps 3 times when u have the keys on u and shut the door even with van running so when im doing an early morning pole mark out it wakes up the whole complex unless I keep the doors open and i won't even get started on the joke of a warranty ram offers when the whole 1st 6 months of ownership it was one mechanical failure after another and they always some how had some way it wasn't covered. Iv had 3 radio batteries fail in thst time frame and it took out half the trucks functionality even supposedly was the reason the truck wouldn't shut off so I had to bring it to them and they told me it's tied into everything. Just save ur money this thing is a [non-permissible content removed] joke

I am a pool technician with a service area that's over 9,000 square miles. Put approx 35,000 miles a year on it. Yes, it ate headlights, until I invested in some good ones. Had a misfire condition at about 80,000 miles. Rear door handle crapped out at 116,000 miles, but could still open door from inside. Other than that, no problems whatsoever.
