My first Nissan.

I don't know if I can leave a positive or a negative review, what I do know cancels each other out lol. I bought this car with 180,000 miles on it for $1,900.00 My first cash car, I normally pay more than that for a down payment. I have had in less than one year several things done to it. Coil packs, spark plugs, entire new ac system and 2 compressors, 2 new front bumpers a window and a fender. I suspect catalytic converter needs replaced and there's a strong exhaust leak coming into the cabin. I've paid more in repairs and maintenance than I paid for the car. I was on the interstate just outside of Hot Springs, AR late one night and hit a semi truck's front bumper at 85 mph.I saw the big truck pulled off to the side with 2 other vehicles behind him so I figured they hit it as well. I was so scared it was going to just shut down on me any second I just kept driving trying to get as close to home as possible. This was a major thing and my car is still driving 3 months later. It barely scratched my bumper, I should have been seriously injured if not killed by this.. It now has 203,000 miles on it and doesn't seem to be stopping anytime soon. Am I glad I bought this one? Yes absolutely. Would I recommend one to a friend or buy another one? No, absolutely not. Thanks.

This car blew my mind, if you think I'm lying take a test drive. Very smooth driving and to think that I use to own an Audi.

I bought 07 altima 2.5s, it is actually not a bad car! I love the exterior much better than 06 altima, and interior is also better I think.I think nissan really steps up this time, but I think they should maybe do a little better job in the back exterior look :)

Quite Slow for a nissan

I just test drove this car. I'd have to say I am very disappointed that it is so slow for a Nissan. Previous years were quite fast. The CVT allows for a very enjoyable ride but does not allow for the quick start from 0. However, once going 30+ it has plenty of power. Starting from 0 is like starting a car with a big engine in 2nd gear. If you have no reason to lay into the gas this is the car for you. It's smooth, no shifting, and the CVT gives for a ride passengers would enjoy. I've got very mixed impressions - It's got Toyota Camry beat with everything except for the 0- 60 factor, or so it would seem.

Beware of the CVT transmission

Car was very reliable right up until the 36k warranty ran out. Now the car at 40,000 miles needs a new transmission. Nissan will not pay for a rental car, which I feel I shouldn't have to pay. So far customer service when having problems will cause me to never buy another Nissan again. To be fair car gets great gas mileage, fairly comfortable, did perform pretty well up until transmission died. Research the CVT transmission problems before you buy!
