It took me almost a year to make a decision on a new suv. I’ve looked at BMW, Porsche, Volvo, Audi, etc. I was paralyzed by analysis. I’m so glad I went with GLS. It’s my first time owning a MB. Even though it’s a large SUV, it’s very easy to drive. I love the comfort and the handling. MBUX is awesome. I love finding different options on it. I’m a believer in MB now.

Overall vehicle has improved significantly since my 2017 GLS450. Great interactive screens in vehicle. Voice command controls work well. Overall ride & performance has improved greatly.

I have lost track of how many times this has been in for warranty work.

Shopped many top brands before choosing MB. Was looking for a car we could drive 10-12 years that had a comfortable 3rd seat. This car covered all the bases: seat comfort , front and back, ease of access to 3rd row, lots of pep, awd, cabin luxury , quiet and handles like a dream. Multiple tech features literally at your finger tip are the icing on the cake.

Drives out well. Transmission is undecided 30%, of the time. Twice during highway driving releasing the accelerator the auto stop seem to engage. Gages dropped out, engine went limp. It came back to life with accelerator engaged. Rather alarming. Went to trade it MB dealer in Denver wanted another 10k for market adjustment. Got a new SVR, at msrp. MB lost another loyal customer.
