Great gas mileage.... unreliable
Great gas mileage, great looking interior. Had to take it back 5 times in 10 months. 3 modules were replaced, we had a sizzle sound and a pop behind the infotainment screen, the engine light came on, and when traded it in,the tire sensor light came on. We really took a bath on this vehicle but we had to get rid of it.

Not a premium experience at all!
Good: The car drives good. The steering is solid and the seats are comfortable. The headlights are great when you have to drive at night. Bad: Navigation system is terrible. “Hey Mercedes” is completely useless, and it will occasionally interrupt conversions that haven’t included the word Mercedes. The fancy convenience features that you see in the showroom are a joke for real life use. The car does not have seat settings linked to the $1600 key fob, and the memory buttons on the driver door are linked to the user profile. This is a serious problem for cars shared between different sized drivers. When the larger driver goes to drive the car, he has to first reach in, turn on the car, wait for it to boot up, and then struggle with hey Mercedes, or the fingerprint scanner (which also sometimes works) to get his profile loaded before he can press the seat memory button on the door to adjust the seat so that he can get in. Overall, I would not recommend this car to anyone, just because of the terribly implemented and not working convenience features. Any other brand of car sold in the last five years will have better convenience features. All new Mercedes models seem to have this problem.

Experimental vehicle?
After buying our 2024 GLC 300 AMG series, we enjoyed the handling performance and ride. Unfortunately, within weeks we had to have the entire differential replaced. This took three weeks. We felt that was better than trying to fix what was there and they did it promptly. Now several months later another major issue and they don’t know how to fix it is the battery continues to drain by itself and several computer updates have failed to remedy the situation. Again without the vehicle three more weeks. Seems clear to me they put this vehicle on the market way too soon without Properly testing these new over designed computer components. We will be investigating the Lemon law for our full refund . Barrie Ontario concerned owner.

Major software error messages.
Was very excited to purchase a 2024 GLC 300 that looks gorgeous inside and out. However, the vehicle kept displaying active stop and active steering error messages. Vehicle returned to dealership three weeks after delivery. Mercedes ordered new steering column, same error messages. Finally, after two months at service department, Mercedes bought vehicle and we swapped for another GLC 300. Within days, same problem. Returned to dealership within two weeks of taking delivery of new GLC 300. Told fix is two months away. Would not recommend at this time.
