Fantastic Choice
I knew the CX-9 was a good suv but I didn't it to be a GREAT suv! Styling is superb, engine is very smooth and torquey. The materials on the inside of the driver cabin is on par with brands costing thousands of dollars more.....I traded in my 2016 C300 and never looked back. Really didn't need the 3rd row for it just my wife and I so we fold it down when we need extra cargo space. I would recommend this vehicle for anyone looking to not look like the others
Can't Beat the Value
Been looking at a lot of SUV's to replace my wife's 2015 Toyota Highlander XLE. By far the Mazda is the most luxurious option for the price. Went with the Grand Touring for all the features plus wanted a second row bench seat. Rarely use third row but need the cargo space. I drive a BMW X3 and I have to say this car is loaded for the price with the same quality, fit and finish. To get all the features in a BMW you would pay another $10-15k. Considered another Highlander, Santa Fe did not look at Palisade. After seeing it and driving it there was no comparison - it's that good. Time will tell if it is as reliable as the Highlander was for us buy Mazda rates high on all the quality surveys. Recommend you add this to your list!

So much fun to drive!
Get the extra's - it's so nice to have heated/cooled seats and the extra features that come with a Grand Touring model are so worth it!

Navigation, heads up display and electronic issues
Took my 2021 CX-9 Grand Touring into Mazda 3 weeks ago for the entire computer/electronic systems not working. No radio, no navigation, no heads up display, the charging ports were not working, no clock, etc. They had NO fix for it and said that Mazda is aware of the problem and working on it. This was 3 weeks ago and still no fix and no one is returning my calls. I only had the car for 9 weeks when all this happened. Not happy and Mazda is not offering any help, answers or doing anything to make this right. UPDATE: Mazda says they finally have a fix for the computer system. It needs an update and they say all the 2021 Mazda CX-9's will need this update. They have taken care of the issue. Will let you know how the update/fix works after a few thousand miles.

Love This Car!!
Love driving this car and all the bells and whistles it has! I had a Mazda CX-5 before this and it is one of my favorite owned vehicles.
