2010 Lotus Evora 2dr Coupe (3.5L 6cyl 6M)
A Lotus you can actually live with everyday-the interior is all leather and fits together properly, no squeaks or rattles.
Instrument cluster is perfect and the touch screen stereo/navigation works well.
Lotus even made it easy to get in and out of, relatively speaking.
Handling is second to none, it is like driving a larger Elise.
Interior is quiet under normal driving and you can … actually hear a phone call using the built in bluetooth.
Exhaust note is quiet at low rpms but becomes a fantastic wail at full throttle.
Handling in the wet is scary at best but it has incredible grip when dry.
Absolute head turner, expect to get a tremendous amount of attention everywhere you go.

2014 Lotus Evora S 2+0 2dr Coupe (3.5L 6cyl S/C 6M)
Having owned many Lotus cars, this one is one of my favorites to daily drive. The fit and finish is light years ahead of the others, Elan and Esprit! The Elise is not in the same class as the Evora. Elise is a pure pure sports car!
Performance is well, with 400 hp in a small car, yes, the car is fast and can handle like no other competitor out there.
Downside to the car are maintenance … costs. But no more than competitors ie Porsche, Maseratti, Jaguar, etc.
However the Evora rewards you with great handling, performance and exclusivity, exactly what Lotus is aiming for. At the last car show there were 5000 cars and somehow the photographer found my car the most appealing and put her in the paper.
Yes, people will look and ask about the car. There are plenty of Mclarens, Porsche's, Maybach's, RR, Aston Martin's in my neck of the woods but only one Evora.
If you enjoy driving then this is the car for you! No gimmicks, tricks, fancy pedal shifters, only a V5 supercharged with a 6 speed manual! Pure bliss! Man I love driving this car!
