Lincoln Grand Touring

I replaced my 2022 Lincoln Aviator Reserve with a 2022 Lincoln Corsair Grand Touring. The all electric drive has ranged from 34 to 46 miles. With the adaptive suspension it soaks up road imperfections and rides and drives like a larger vehicle. It is quiet and very comfortable and has lots of room. I enjoy charging at home rarely buying gas during the month. I didn't get any other options since I felt the Grand Touring is already loaded with features. I also saved $5,000 off msrp making it a great deal at $48,000 .

Excellent Compact SUV

We only have 1,200 miles on it but it drives great. Lincoln is the luxury division of the Ford Motor Co and this Corsair is built on the Escape frame. We also own a 2017 Escape Titanium trim and have owned and used it for 7 years now and while we love it, there is no comparison to the 2023 Lincoln Corsair. It is the perfect size for empty nesters that still like to travel and it handles nimbly and is quick, responsive and smooth. It does have lots of tech so if one is tech phobic then this may not be the right vehicle. But spend a little time learning the ins and outs and watch Youtube videos and it's easy to master.

Seat Design Flaws

LBG, 02/16/2023
2022 Lincoln Corsair Reserve 4dr SUV (2.0L 4cyl Turbo 8A)

The two problems I've encountered the most since my purchase 3 months ago - Anti-collision Braking System goes off randomly without cause. A module was replaced, we'll see how that goes. The second is how incredibly uncomfortable the driver's and passenger seats are. The back of the seats are all hard plastic. The internal structure puts a support bar with a housing for the climate control systems that creates a bulge in the middle of my back. I'm average height and weight; my husband is a little taller and both of us feel the pressure the longer were riding in the vehicle. Lincoln took the MKC and ruined it in the name of saving on production costs. I have a 2017 MKC that is incredibly comfortable - the difference is in the seat design. Avoid this vehicle if you like long drives.

Don't buy a Lincoln Corsair

Clearwater, 10/16/2023

Bought a new Corsair, 6 months later would not start. Had to be towed in. When you buy they say they will pick up and deliver for service. They would not return it since it was towed. I had to Uber there. Poor quality vehicle, hood shimmies when on the highway. Took it in and they said that is the way they are. Automatic transmission that feels like a stick shift when in Excite mode. Traded it in after 9 months and lost 11k. It had 4k miles on it.

One year in and it has met my expectations.

Purchase my Corsair just about a year ago. I have less than 6000 miles on it but regardless it has met nearly all my expectations. Gas mileage has averaged about 25 to 26 miles a gallon. Handling has been exceptional. Automated systems for driving enhancement/safety have been great. Like most SUVs there are blind spots but it is manageable with some care. I am a little bit disappointed in the quality of the carpeting and some other aspects where cheap materials are used rather than materials I would expect in a luxury vehicle.
