Love the car
very comfortable - my 2020 has been into the shop 2 times for a tailgate issue - has a mind of its own and won't close when supposed to - they could never correct the issue so I no longer have the vehicle

Don’t waste your money
Nothing but problems. Sunroof installed wrong, back up camera quit, touch screen had to be replaced, battery replaced wouldn’t hold charge but problem was & still is remote quits working to conserve battery. Going back in for 2 nd time. We absolutely hate this vehicle.

Love / hate
So many good things about this car. The ride, the features, the looks. 2.0 has plenty of power. It's downfall is the fact the interior isn't screwed together well. Squeaks and rattles from every corner, even the seats. Really ruins the Quiet Luxury idea. On top of that, I never know which electric things will take a vacation. Seats? Liftgate? Auto hold? I was so excited to buy a new Lincoln, but it'll be that last one I buy.

A beautiful crossover, but reliability issues
Hello: When I initially leased this vehicle, I didn't have any issues. However, 6 months in and that's when the problems began. It started with me receiving messages stating the car was entering Deep Sleep Mode. And literally over the course of three months, I received at least 35 of these messages. The battery actually died on two occasions and I had to have the car towed to the dealership. The dealership's solution was to charge the battery. That resolution lasted a few weeks and the cycle repeated itself. Therefore, back to the dealership it goes. The service tech found a wiring issue and that eventually solves that issue. The second issue, which is extremely more troubling is the following: Leaving work one day, I start the car and I get a message that states, "Vehicle Network Communication Error". The whole dashboard goes out, the windows won't let down, can't open the trunk, can't adjust the mirrors etc. Luckily, I was able to drive it home. The next day, the battery was totally dead. Had to have the car towed back to the dealership. The technician said it was a fuse, which was not covered under warranty, so I had to pay out of pocket. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. Approximately 6 months later, the car does the exact same thing in a Kroger parking lot. So back to you guessed it, the dealership. It was in the shop for three days and each time I called and asked for an update, they couldn't tell me what the issue was. Finally, after a conversation with the chief engineer it was determined there was a shortage in the dashboard. I can only hope that the issue is now fixed. I truly believe the vehicles these days have too much technology and the service techs are not trained throughly enough to diagnose these problems and fix them correctlythe first time. I tried to get out of this lease early. Of course, Lincoln wouldn't buy the car back. Needless to say, when this lease is up, this will certainly be my last Lincoln product.

A Big Disappointment
I purchased a 2020 Lincoln Corsair October 2020. I was so excited about owning a Luxury car!!! It was a dream come true..at least for about 3 months...then the nightmare began. When I went out to start my car (February 2021) it wouldn't start. After a 3rd attempt, it started but when I put it in gear, it instantly cut off. That's right, a problem with a "Brand New Car". The dashboard didn't light up and it would not do anything. However a message did appear on the console indicating a computer error. A COMPUTER PROBLEM WITH A BRAND NEW CAR!!!! To make matters even worst, I had to set up getting the car to the dealership with a wreck truck...they didn't provide setting up that service for me. The customer service that I am getting from LINCOLN A "LUXURY CAR COMPANY" is just as disappointing as having purchased a new Lincoln. This is not only a review on the car itself, but a review of the customer service at Lincoln that promised to make your purchasing experience a great experience. I must say I learned the hard way.
