I love it, but sunroof leaking
I love the SUV but I had to get a new one within a week. Due to the sunroof leaking. Even with the new SUV the same problem occured. Thats why I can only give it four stars. For a new vehicle this shouldn't occour, especially when the second vehicle I received has the same problem. This is most likely a manufacturing defect, and just hope Lexus recalls or fixes this problem quickly. Still love it though.

Lol, Edmunds Recommends MDX Over RX...You Kidding?
Just traded up to a 2020 RX350 from a 2020 NX.. Atomic Silver over Parchment; it is stunning. This is our third RX- we’ve had everything: BMW, MB etc- all money pits. I thought it was hilarious that Edmunds recommended the Acura MDX over the RX. So many friends that made that mistake..trans problems, poor resale value, awful build quality and interiors from the early 2000’s etc, inferior to Lexus in every way- you get what you pay for, the RX ain’t number one for nothing & don’t even think about Infiniti - total junk. You hear bumps, but rarely feel em ..whisper quiet inside, can’t hear engine running, you know: typical Lexus experience. Features blow your mind, both luxury and safety tech is outstanding. It’s the most perfect car to us, it’s everything really - a luxury car, an SUV & believe it or not a sports car (295 HP, nearly 300 pound feet of torque) 20 inch wheels wrapped in Michelin’s and all on regular unleaded Listen, buy what you want but this vehicle is a tremendous value when compared with others that cost $10k-$20k more from Europe with dismal reliability and resale ratings

Creature FeaturesHUD HUD all 🚙
This has more features than our last (2017 RX 350) Lexus. We were disappointed that the 2020 didn’t have a redesign as we had expected, but the features that changed were welcomed. The technology is more than we expected. It still has that beautiful wide open windshield that we loved so much on our 2017 RX. This year’s RX is somewhat quieter and has a more comfortable ride. We loved our 2017, but this year’s is even better. Want reliability and a wonderful ride this is your best choice. We never had a thing go wrong with our 2017 and we assume this will not disappoint us, we’re sure. Trying to use the trac pad is not east, just as Edmonds reviewed. It is very poor, but the touch screen makes up for it as does the voice command. This feature needs a name to ask for assistance like the Apple computer with Siri or the Amazon Echo has Alexa. I should also comment on the improved turning radius on the 2020. We hope they never take the HUD feature away from this vehicle. It’s a fantastic safety feature. Not taking your eyes off the road to see your speed is a feature all cars should have. Another comment regarding the trac pad, never use it while driving. All the features on this vehicle are very helpful.

Disappointed
Had a 2009 RX350 sport, that was superior to my current 2020 RX350 f-sport 3. This is the worst new vehicle purchase I had ever done. So poorly put together compared to our IS350 and UX250H. The good things: Paint quality, after I gave it a minor cut, polish and ceramic coat the paint is brilliant, almost looks liquid with the amount of metallic. Exterior design: so many character lines that start from the grill and work all the way to the rear, low profile roof rails. Exterior lighting: the side lighting that comes on when turning, headlights and fog lights are some of the best. Heads up display: very sharp and clear, not overwhelming with info like the Germans The Bad to horrible: Brakes: brakes are way to small for the weight of this vehicle, feels worse than old truck brakes. They use the same front brakes in the hybrid version, but that has regenerate braking to help out. Tires: not enough width for the f-sport package, very unstable during cornering Suspension: allows way to much body roll during cornering, wallowing in normal mode, worst cross wind swaying from any vehicle I have driven. Seats: can only drive for 45 minutes before they become very uncomfortable, had to buy two cushions for a recent road trip. I can drive 4-5 hours in my IS350 before needing a rest, 90 minutes max in the RX. Build quality: various components just feel cheap and cheaply put together. Small trim piece on the center console is broke, center console base doesn’t feel secure and moves around like it came out of a mini van. Drivers side exterior mirror vibrates at highway speeds so bad it’s useless to use. Rear hatch stopped opening up all the way after two weeks regardless of the setting. The 12.3” display randomly switches views, goes to navigation without switching. The plastic around the display is the cheap plastic from the 90s cars. Lots of buzzes and small rattles throughout the cabin, my 2009 had none. Engine: has lots of vibration at 1200-1800 rpm, shakes the vehicle when waiting at red lights, exhaust drone at 60 mph. Transmission: look up class action lawsuit, the transmission in mine hesitates when rolling into the throttle, shudders when the torque converter looks up, will refuse to downshift in eco/mode and the transmission/engine wine, will lock up in gears in sport mode, up shifts to fast and then has to down shift right away. Tuning with cruise control, the vehicle surges down the road when using cruise. It hunts for gears when going up hills instead of holding a downshift, one long hill it shifted 9 times. Cruise control will not work in manual mode to lock out 8th gear when traveling in windy conditions or lots of hills. The radar control randomly picks a vehicle about a 1/4 mile away and slows down, regardless of the distance setting in radar control. Fuel economy: the city mileage is not to bad but the highway economy is poor 21.1mpg but it jumped to 24.7mpg when using premium—on the same road trip. To sum it up this is the most non Lexus vehicle we have owned, the build quality is not there, to many cheap Toyota parts, transmission should have been sorted out by now, should have left the manufacturing in Japan. For the price I don’t recommend this, the hybrid is the one to buy or one of the Germans. Update: took it back to Lexus and got a RC350. The RX350 is the worst new car purchase I have ever made. The vehicle settings kept resetting to default, the rear hatch would lock up going up/down and would require starting the vehicle to get it to work. The transmission started to slip under merging acceleration in 2nd and 3rd gears around 5,550 miles.

Excellent car
I love the features in this car. Realized that the kick sensor was not a standard feature. I was disappointed that even though I bought a high end car the kick sensor to open the trunk was missing. Apart from that I simply love this car.
