Wife doesn’t want a new car
06 is350 Bought used 7 years ago with 160k. Now at 222k and one alternator, and 4 batteries later, been a wonderful vehicle. Wife loves so much she doesn’t want a new car. As long as you buy one that hasn’t been beat up, and don’t beat it yourself and maintain it, you will have the car forever. Only cons are sticky dash/ panels and small backseat. Just the two of us and lives in a garage so that remedies both concerns.

Love my IS350!
I've been antsy for the redesigned IS to come out. Thought I wanted the 250... until I drove the 350!!! What power! Awesome! Gas mileage is impressive (21\28) given it's a 3.5L V6! Exterior and interior workmanship is beautiful. WOW! What an improvement from the 300. Many features: Auto on\off headlights, power driver AND passenger seats, auto climate control, keyless entry\start, heated AND ventilated seats, homelink, auto dimming rear view mirror, stereo listening positions (Ex: only you are in the car - select 'driver'. Stereo is tuned for optimal listening from the driver's seat)...and many more. The Leather is like butter! Drive it and you will want one!

Incredible car
The IS 350 is better than the reviews may appear, actually. I for one enjoy all that techno stuff and I still think the car thinks it's a 911! Very torquey and great handling, along with every possible amenity make this car the best vehicle I've ever owned. HIGHLY recommended.
Not quite there
I bought the IS 350 because I thought the seq. shifter would be cool. I was wrong. It got annoying after 2 weeks. The shifting feels sluggish due to that the underlying tranny is still an automatic. It may look fast, but underneath the body-kits is only a 105 hp engine. The crappy tranny ruins the 306 ponies. In the luxury dept it also lacks. The ride is sacrificed for the handling. So if you are looking for a plush ride, look elsewhere. The plastic on the instrument panel feels like hand-me-down Toyota parts.
