Used 2013 Lexus CT 200h Consumer Reviews
Fun to drive
This car is actually very slow. But it feels really fast! Perhaps because it is low to the grown and the suspension and steering is sport tuned. It is a very fun car to drive. Handles well. Cargo space is extremly limited and the tech package is out of date.
F-Sport not comfortable
I want to begin my review by saying the ct200h f sport is a good car, but it is not comfortable, especially if you drive long distances. Stay away from the F-sport. The bucket seat design offers no support, despite the built in lumbar support. And once I highlighted the problem I have had very poor support from Lexus themselves, giving me contradicting information. I have had a physio and an occupational health advisor state the seat is causing my back problems, and had no prior problems with Audi, bmw, Ford or Peugeot. All cars I drove long distance. I had no problems with the seat of the regular ct200h, I'm curious to know if anyone else has had problems with the f-sport??

Head gasket fail 112k ~~~
Can't believe how EXPENSIVE!!!!!! I need a head gasket at 112k. Changed oil religiously always in the dealer service department. it appears this is a common occurrence with this engine. I'm so so bumped out!!!!!!

Lemon from the start
I got this vehicle on August 2nd. The day after I got it to check engine light came on. A week after I got it it made a noise, and five warning lights came on including the hybrid system light. I took it back to the dealer and they quote unquote fixed it. The day after I picked it up the check engine light came back on. A week later, the hybrid system light is on again. It is currently at the selling dealer, they say it is under a 90-day warranty so hopefully they can fix it.

Most reliable car I've ever owned
Bought my '2013 in '2014 with 13k miles. I now have 143k miles and I've NEVER been to the dealership. I do all my own maintenance. I had 2 issues that I fixed. The first was the power door lock motor; replaced for $13. The second was the A/C controller; replaced for $35 (eBay). The trunk is small but I was able to get both my Doberman and Pitbull in the back for a short drive to the park. I added a trailer hitch/lighting and towed a 5X8 trailer with my parent's dining room set from NJ to TN. I towed the same size trailer to move items locally. Brakes lasted 111k miles. They probably would have lasted longer if I didn't tow but I'm not complaining. Will I win any races? Yes! I actually beat an M5 in the quarter mile! It was bumper to bumper traffic but that's NJ rush hour!
