Tired of getting wet

I have had my 2020 Kua Telluride for 9 months and have always had a problem with the front driver and passenger windows bouncing back down after I roll them up. 5 months ago I took my kia into the dealership where i purchased it to have this problem fixed. I was told that they would have to get back to me. That was 5 months ago. I finally called them today and the service person told me that cant be expected to keep track of each and every car that come through there. WHAT? Isnt that his job? I'm tired of getting wet when it starts raining and my window wont stay up because the glass is so thin that the wind blows it out to the point that it wont line up on the track unless I slow down to about 60 on the highway. I am also not happy about the fact that we were not told about the monthly fees for the UVO. I found out about that by accident and not from the dealership. My boss at work told me about it. When I asked the salesman that sold me the car he said that he told us but no he did not. I have owned many cars over the past 48 years and I have never had the windows bounce back open after I roll them up. Let's see how long it takes him to get back to me this time.

Very Good SUV but Dealership was sketchy

We have leased our Telluride for a few months now and have about 7k miles on it now. I have to say it is a very nice SUV and drives nice. We drove it from Chicago to Florida in the summer with our kids and it was one of the best drives with the adaptive cruise control, lane assist, and great gas mileage. Our previous truck was a GMC Yukon XL and we don’t miss it. We leased it because the dealership was trying to mark up the price on the only one they had when we tried to buy it. Do your research before going into the dealer. Go on the Kia website and make sure you know the deals. Kia has lease deals with set monthly payments and down payments so you know what you should be paying. Dealer was trying to push a $450 payment plus money down for the lease. I asked them to pull the Kia website up and look at the lease deals for the same model they had. They tried to tell me they can’t lease it for that and I asked them to call Kia corporate to discuss why. They ended back tracking and we made the lease for $329 and $3500 down as the website stated. This is our second Kia in the garage and we enjoy both of them. Shop around for a dealer you can work with or contact Kia Corporate to assist. Don’t let the dealerships rip you off and it’s a shame all manufacturers allows them to do that. Kia has come a long way with their vehicles and they have a great warranty that we have not had to use yet. Try them out for yourself and you won’t be disappointed.

Starting to second guess my decision

2020 Kia Telluride SX 4dr SUV AWD (3.8L 6cyl 8A)

2020 Kia Telluride SX AWD. I loved this car: drive, value, safety, looks, price for the first 2 months, then the issues started. I noticed yesterday the stitching in the seat is coming apart, the transmission shifts down abruptly when coasting to a stop. I have started to see the tech screens go gray briefly and are becoming glitchy. I am taking it in to the service department and we will see what they say. This is very disappointing in a new vehicle. I am second guessing my decision to purchase this over the reliable Toyota Highlander. I’m glad it has a great warrantee, because I get the feeling I am going to need it.

Great SUV but a little nervous

I really enjoy my Telluride. I brought it July 2019. However I was to take it in for it’s first maintenance and it would not start. The battery was totally dead. Had to jump it off. As I was heading to the dealership the speedometer didn’t work. The service department found no problems or system error. I’m a little concerned. I’ll see what happens

Update: 55k miles on it and still love it! Haven’t had any issues. I have 8k miles on my Telluride so far with no problems. People ask me about it almost daily! It is a smooth, comfortable ride with plenty of space. You can have the third row up and still have plenty of room for baggage or groceries in the back. If you are wondering about reliability, look up how reliable Kias are. I was shocked that they are one of the most reliable car brands out there, which made my decision much easier. I was going to go with another Jeep Wrangler and I am SO glad I didn't!
