More room with the L but more problems
Currently I have brought my Jeep Grand Cherokee L in for three recalls, one factory glass issue, and a infotainment issue that I guarantee that the dealership will say they can’t replicate. First, when I bought the vehicle in July, the glass developed a snowflake pattern on the driver window. Come to find out that the glass was improperly sealed. I didn’t throw a fuss about it until it took them two months to fix it. After taking time out of my schedule to bring it in for three recalls I now have two technology related issues. First, on two occasions when remote starting the vehicle all the safety systems turn off and remain off for the remainder of the drive; I can’t even turn them back on. Second, on 4-5 occasions the climate control is locked in the infotainment center and won’t unlock until about a minute into the drive. This weekend I’m definitely going to go start the build process on the #1 SUV the Kia Telluride

Not happy
I purchased my Jeep Grand Cherokee L Overland in August 2021. It was a awesome very nice car drove great until a few weeks later it start making a very loud humming noise when I would start it and while i drove it and also a thumping noise when I would come to a complete stop. It wasn’t constant at first but then began to do it more. I took it back to the dealership and they drove it and did not hear it so they couldn’t do anything. I was not having it so I made sure I got video of the sounds and the dealership told me to bring it back. That was on September 27th when i dropped it back off. I still do not have my Jeep it has been in their service center since then and it is now January 12th. They were working with Jeep engineering and repaired a few things they thought it may be but it did not help. As of now they do not have a solution to the problem and I am paying for a car that I am not driving. Along with all the recalls that’s came with it I am not a happy Jeep customer. They also are not good with communication. I have to constantly reach other to Jeep and the dealership for info which half he time they have nothing or i cannot get in contact with them. This is my first car and it has been the most stressful situation.

Great suv, horrible Uconnect system
I purchased the new 2021 on July 9th after trading in my 2018 limited. Drove it home and tried to activate services- nothing worked! After 4 weeks of emails and endless phone calls to Jeep Wave and Uconnect, I still am no closer to a resolution. Can’t use the WiFi, no Alexa, no SiriusXM, no navigation- nothing on the system works properly!! I’ve been a loyal Jeep consumer for years but this one has deterred me from every buying from them again.

Feel like you need a PhD to drive this Jeep.
Purchased my Jeep GCL the end of July. The dealership we purchased from was not our local dealership. They had limited experience on how to set the profiles set up. We tried ourselves and had no luck the instruction book and videos are horrible. I got my profile set up and when I got in something was always wrong, seat, mirrors, radio presets so frustrating. When my husband got in with his key he got my settings. Took it to one of our many dealerships in our they were uninformed and rude. Called Jeep and had them set up a case with all of our issues the lady we spoke with not only set up a case but called the Jeep dealership in our town and told them about our issues. When we arrived they were ready for us and told us it would be fixed. So far we have had no issues. The service advisor spent 45 minutes going through all of our issues and answered all of our questions. They were very friendly and helpful. Would I purchase this Jeep again with all this tech probably not. This is our 4th Jeep and have loved every one. This one will take some time. We have taken it to Texas and Arizona it is the most comfortable Jeep we have owned. You just need to have a Jeep that is easy for us older folks who are not tech savy to operate.

Luxury Price but treated like Crap
Bought top of the line Grand Cherokee L with V8. Horrible economy. Why can't Jeep come up with new engines, and after checking with service department the maintenance cost will be ridiculously high. NO loaners, No washing the car, dealership staff cares nothing about customer service and does not know how to treat customers. Called Jeep after repeated problems and they could not care less. After it being in the shop more than on the road, I took this weekend and traded it in. Nice to be back with a car company that provides good customer service and a quality product. Never again will I own a Chrysler product.
