Not on my radar
I was looking for a new suv to replace my POS Cadillac SRX, that had been a nightmare from day one. During the pandemic, I noticed most dealerships are charging upto $20,000 above sticker price. So that had me looking at a Jeep dealer, not even thinking I would purchase one, I was stunned by how amazing the Grand Cherokee L looked inside and out. The ride on the Limited, what I purchased, is so much better than than I imagined it would be. The standard safety features are more than I thought there would be. The seating soft, yet supportive, and layout of controls are at my fingertips. The 10" screen is bright and clear, easy to save your profile for seating position, side mirrors, and radio stations. I am definitely happy I made the purchase!

Irritated
I bought my Grand Cherokee L limited in July and from the day I drove it off the lot I have had issues with the display screen freezing up after using auto play. I have been to the dealer on numerous occasions they even replaced the screen once and still the same issue. Screen freezes and have no radio or any functions like climate control. They are refusing to buy it back and have no solution to the problem

Something is knocking
The car has great appeal and comfortably seats 6 people. I purchased my first one in July 2021. Less than 30 days I took it back to the delearship because of a knocking noise. No mechanics were trained on the 2021 L so after my car being in the shop for three days I picked up car and traded it in for another 2021 L. Well here I am less than 45 days with the new one and guess what? You guessed it the same knocking noise as before but even louder. So back to thr dealer I go. To me it sounds like a loose motor moubts are bad but we shall see. Three times in the shop and it gets declared a lemon. This will be my last jeep purchase that's for sure.

No More Jeeps!!!!!
I was so excited to get this Jeep and wanted to love it. Purchased this Jeep on January 1, 2022 with 15 miles on it. By Feb 28, the Stop Start feature was malfunctioning. When I came to a stop the car turned off and would not turn on at all. Almost got rear ended at least three times because all I could do was flip the hazard lights on and pray other drivers were paying attention. Car revs up to a 4-5 from a stopped position when driving resumes. On two occasions all of the warning lights flashed on my dashboard light disco lights. Now the rear passenger door locks unlocks when it wants to and takes multiple attempts by the driver for the door to unlock. Oh and my vehicle has put itself in park, one minute you’re in drive, next minute the vehicle dial has shifted to park and your car turns off and takes up to 15 minutes to start again.Customer service has been a joke. Opened up a case on 3/7 was given a case manager , spoke to him two times last time 3/11 and never heard from him again. Got a new case manager on 4/28 who promised me the world one day only to tell me the next day to pick my vehicle up because it’s operating as usual. Have filed a complaint with Consumer Protection. This vehicle has been back to the dealer 5 times between Feb. 28- May 4 and spent 28 days there in March. Problems still happening, I’ve kept a log and now it’s going back to the dealer again because the BREAK malfunction light has come on twice, engine still revs up, the locks still malfunctioning, and the Stop Start malfunction light still comes on occasionally. Jeep knew of these issues and are not taking any responsibility or taking care of their customers. This vehicle is a lemon. There are safety concerns with this vehicle . Someone is going to get hurt in one of these vehicles.
