Used 2020 Jeep Gladiator Consumer Reviews
Blown head Gasket and cylinder miss fires
This jeep has been to the dealership multiple times. First time was for the right side head gasket. Now it's fixed and 5k miles later running rough as can be. Electrical missfires on multiple cylinders. I fear we have a truck that will soon be out of warranty and costly to keep as much as we love this truck. So sad.

It is what it is
This is exactly as advertised. It is an extremely capable off-road vehicle that rides rough and sloppy on the highway. If you just need a truck, this is not a good choice. But, if you need a truck that can hit the trails... wow, wow, wow. We’ve tackled several trails, including Black Bear Pass. I would have given the rating 5 stars, but as stated earlier, it doesn’t handle that great on the highway and has had a few FCA issues covered by warranty. Overall we love it. 3-year update: This Gladiator has been far more reliable than my Honda Pilot and CRV. I hesitated to make my initial purchase because of the rated reliability between Honda and Jeep. Loving the glady!

Best truck I have ever owned
This truck holds up well. I moved my niece from Iowa to Texas with all of her stuff that she brought. It has been rear-ended/ side swiped only had fender damage a little bit of paint missing, while the suv had its whole front bumper ripped off. Over 25,000 miles on it since May 2020. The gas mileage could be better but overall in a world where vehicles are not meant to last anymore it is very impressive.
Top of the line Mojave!
One of best purchases I could of ever made, and built just as I wanted!

Nice fun vehicle!!
I needed a truck to tow my side by sides and didn't want to spend a ton on a full size truck. My Gladiator can tow 6k lbs. My trailer loaded is only 3k lbs so it tows it good. It's fun we remove the doors and tops in the summer and the heated seats and wheel is nice in the winter. mileage dips down to 19 mpg in the winter to 24 mpg in the summer. No issues at 16k miles it's a 21 sport s. May change over time but we will see!!
