Great Features Good Price
Santa Fe offer's an outstanding list of features at a very competitive price. Large opening accommodates working dog crate easily (and she loves the AC air vent in the rear on really hot days)

Quiet Comfortable Ride
Excellent value. Seems very well built. Like everything except harshness of 1.6T when pressing the accelerator hard. When in hybrid mode, very quiet.

Big time buyers remorse.
The technology is distracting and is like driving with your mom. The adaptive cruise control puts you about a 1/4 miles behind the car on front of you on the closest setting. The or camera will chirp at you if you look away for about 3 seconds which is obnoxious and infuriating. The 2.4 turbo is AWFUL!!!! The turbo lag is the worst I’ve ever felt in a car ever and the mileage isn’t that great for how much power you give up. It has less tech than the old palisade with less room. I regret buying this car more than any other car I’ve ever purchased. They really dropped the ball with the tech.

Poorly designed and tested Infotainment system
Mechanically my Santa Fe XRT is fine. So far no problems or complaints. The Infotainment, HVAC and other systems are a failure. - When the sun shines on the controls for AC, heat, etc they are unreadable -The radio media selected like Sirius, AM, Favorites, etc will change on it's own while driving - On one of the info screens the Nav background is unreadable black and cannot be changed - The date and time is missing or grayed out on most screens - When the car is turned off the entire electrical system turns off - no delay until a door is opened - The front wipers are hidden beneath the hood - not sure how to change wiper blades - You cannot lock the doors when exiting the car by pressing the lock button on the drivers door There are other quirks but these are every day issues. I suggest you wait for updated Santa Fe models or look at other makes

The new Santa Fe!
This is a dream car at an affordable price over a Range Rover! Technology, interior and body screams luxury at an affordable price. I would buy another one if I didn’t have one already.
