Looks nice, all surface, not built to last
I’ve had this car for about 18 months now, SEL version with premium package. Was attracted to the look, space, and infotainment system. First Hyundai I’ve owned and I buy a new car every 4-5 years now for the last 25 years, and I will say it will be my last. Poor design and cheaply made despite this model being almost $50k. Biggest issues (among many) were 1) I spilled coffee in the cup holder (not really that much even), it ended up leaking through and apparently there are cable connections underneath it and it shorted a connection which disabled the USB for CarPlay. Well, everything goes through the radio so I had to replace the entire radio - almost a $2k repair. Hyundai NA said not their problem despite my complaint. 2) the interior panels are cheaply made, one was cracked substantially just by my son kicking his shoe off and it hit the panel under the seat belt. Looks like someone hit it with a hammer multiple times and I saw it, was not forceful. Exterior panels also damage easily and will crack without much force. For a car this young, these are way too many issues and I will never buy a Hyundai again. Will stick with Mazda, Honda or Toyota as all of those I’ve had great luck with.

Bust Down
I purchased a 2023 Palasaide with all the bells and whistles. Just never thought that I would regret it just a couple of months later. The braking system is terrible! At times I can actually feel the ground when breaking on an uneven surface. The audio system has terrible bass and isn’t loud at all. My kids who likes the 3rd row keeps asking me to turn the music up and I keep saying it is up. The paint job is terrible as well. Like painting my nails with only 1 coat. Just chipping and scratching away. The am kicking myself for leaving Nissan for this!

No More Hyundai Vehicles
Absolutely disappointed with Hyundai. We were loyal Hyundai owners until now. We have owned four and this will be our last. Just over 23K miles and the left rear shock goes bad. Just Google the shock issues on this vehicle and it's clear there's a defect. The new shock was redesigned and that's what they're going to use to replace the failing one. However, now we're going to have a different shock on each side and it's likely just a matter of time before the other side fails. Shocks should be replaced in pairs especially when it's a known issue. Hyundai used to care about their customers but clearly that has changed!

Excited
Love everything about this vehicle. It doesn't come with 360 camera. Other than that we love the look and the driving experience is very good.

Great SUV...
Really nice car, with a sleek design, a smooth ride, and great use of technology with the Hyundai app. Had a 2020 Palisade and loved it, but the 2023 is even better.
