Jittery ride
We are in the market for a new SUV. We have driven the Palisade three times because we couldn't believe that such a nice car had such a jittery drive. Drive over uneven pavement and the car is jolted. You might be exhausted after a long trip. We are terribly disappointed.

Great vehicle for the money
I’ve scene some bad reviews here, but after about 10 months, I love my 23 Palisade Calligraphy even more than when I bought it. Great highway ride, plenty of features for the money. The wind noise problems of the first year was worked out. Mine is very quiet. Those complaining about the ride, need to check the air pressure. Mine had 40 lbs when it should have been 35. It’s not a hot ride, but for a 3 row family vehicle, power is great and you can take those exit ramps with some speed. The only visit to the dealer was a fairly quick free oil change and tire rotation. Drive one for your self and you will see it’s one of the best values in 3 row SUVs. Plus, there are plenty of reviews out there for 3 row SUVs, look at them all. Don’t be fooled by those that rate the best handling over the models that have room on the 3 row and are reliable. Decide why you want a 3 row vehicle. I believe the Palisade and the Telluride should be at the top of your list.

I had to change my mind.
We were getting very close to signing the paperwork for a new 2023 Palisade. The salesman said it would tow 5,000lbs. That was the minimum I was willing to go with for a towing capacity. So glad I went home and started to read everything I could about this vehicle. The 5,000lbs Towing Capacity is NOT TOTALLY TRUE. (((. I got this information off the Hyundai Palisade Website. ))). If the trailer that is being towed doesn’t have trailer breaks towing capacity is only 1650lbs. Well, that killed the deal. I tow two boat trailers & one utility trailer all without trailer breaks. My maximum tow weight is probably 3,500 lbs We bought a 23 Chevrolet Traverse and am completely comfortable with our decision. It does everything we ask it to. I can tow my Pontoon & Fishing Boats with ease. The Fishing Boats seems like it’s not even there. So far zero problems 9 months in. And the Hwy mpg is better than expected. 28 mpg without any problem and as good as 31.4 mpg with calculations made at the pump. Obviously driving conditions dictate the mpg variable. I never ever believe the dashboard computer on any of my 3 vehicles. Too bad the Salesman didn’t know his product. But oh so happy I checked out what he was selling us. I would not been one bit happy find out he didn’t know what he was talking about . Too bad the Palisade doesn’t tow 5,000 lbs because we really liked the interior of the Palisade over anything we looked at. The exterior is nothing to get excited about.

ABS issue
Not so good suspension. When it goes through a slightly rough street, it jumps and doesn't dampen properly. UPDATE: Stay away from this vehicle. This vehicle has serious problems with the brakes. When you go over bumps at a speed between 5 mph and 17 mph and try to brake, the vehicle does not stop and the ABS system activates. It is a serious security problem.

Great package for that price
Ultimate calligraphy, I love you :) When the car is full with 7 passengers, the handling is safe and stable. What a design and look, Ive had heads turn to look at it. The feeling of driving in a futuristic car Interior is just amazing. The power is there, nothing exaggerated when pressing the gas hard, so no vehicle shaking or drifting right/left I cannot say more- you need to try the self driving mode- so comfortable for long drive. The sound system OMG And of course all the high technology packed inside this car in terms of safety features, Bluelink Smartphone App(remote start, control a bunch of things in the car remotely) Don’t forget to check the amazing warranty period. The gas consumption depends on how you drive. Don’t forget it is a 7 seater, not a Yaris Toyota. Overall no complaints, impressive vehicle and haters gonna hate
