Does the job
Not quite 150 miles on the Honda, still learning about the car. There is a lot to learn and figure out. It's my first Honda. I know they make good cars and finally was able to get one. I'm hoping it will last a long time. Not quite happy with a black interior, especially here in Arizona. I wanted a beige interior. I did not want a black, grey, silver or white car. I wanted a car with color. So red or blue were my only choices. I got the red one. I like the color, but it still has a black interior. I will have to get seat covers, a dash mat and something on the floor to hide the dirt that shows up on black. The door cards and everything else will still be black.

Love the car, gas mileage is same as non-hybrid.
I enjoy driving the car, and would have given it 5 stars except that it gets terrible gas mileage for a Hybrid. It only gets 31 mph on the highway and 27 or 28 in the city. About the same as a non hybrid. The only time it seems to go into EV mode is when going down a hill or putting on the brakes. I mentioned all of this to the Honda dealer in Bremerton, WA. and they said it was because it was not broken in yet(driven about a 1000 miles so far), it's winter time(temperature has been mostly in the 40s and 50s, the MPG listings are way off and that the gas is changed for the winter. Getting nothing for spending the extra money on a hybrid.

Nice upgrade
Trading up from a 2019 CRV LX to a 2024 Hybrid Sport-L has been a tremendous upgrade. The new car has numerous additional features and nicer styling. It rides better and is much more quiet inside. The overall build quality is better, both exterior and interior. The gas mileage is so much better with the hybrid - with just over 1000 miles we get about 34 highway and mid to high 40’s city with an occasional 50. Very impressed. We typically don’t keep cars over 4 years so we’ve had quite a few including Lincoln’s, BMWs and Mercedes, but I’d rate this as one of the best overall. It looks good, handles well, has plenty of room and is very economical to operate. I suspect the resale value will be good as well. As far as cons go, the biggest omission is the lack of a built in rear view mirror garage door opener. This should be included on a $40,000 car without having to use apple carplay and pay $179 extra for a five year subscription for myQ. Not a good idea Honda. Other than that, a great vehicle.
Excellent Upgrade from my 2018 CRV!
Safety features have been improved dramatically in this vehicle. Gas milage has improved by 5 mpg in mixed local and high speed driving. The car is very quiet. I am very glad I purchased this vehicle.

Emissions problem
I did not expect to be without transportation 4 months after purchasing a new 2024 hybrid CRV. I always make sure I have a late model, well maintained car just to avoid problems like this! Stuck, 6 hours from home with an important appointment the day after tomorrow. If I can get 90%of my money back I’ll go get a RAV 4. Emissions problem. The car keeps shuttering. The computer says take it to your dealer.

Happy with a hybrid!
Sport AWD Honda CRV Hybrid is a safe, quiet and comfortable enjoyable ride!
Shocking misses for 2024 Sports Touring
1. No height adjustment for front passenger. 2. Poor resolution rear camera, worse at night 3. Top trim does not offer 360 deg camera 4. Poor fuel economy relative to EPA numbers 5. Absence of spare tire 6. No auto downward tilt of passenger side mirror when in reverse 7. Loud and coarse engine sound when it turns on to charge the battery or couples to direct drive of front wheels 8. Sticky steering wheel due to incorrect manufacture of steering gearbox assembly now subject to recall. 9. High pressure fuel pump can causing leaks and posing fire hazard now subject to recall.
Amazingly beautiful
The 2024 crv hybrid touring is beautiful and luxurious!

Did you know?
Honda R-V doesn't have satellite radio capability? I travel a lot to different places and XM radio and navigation are important to me. Didn't know till in the car, it was not compatible. Sales people didn't know until manager told them. Deal fell through then.
Nice in theory, bad in use
The CR-V Sport Hybrid has overall been a disappointment in interior space, fuel economy and features. At its premium pricing over just over $36k the Sport Hybrid comes with no features at all outside of wired CarPlay and Android Auto. The car lacks SiriusXM or connect services to remote start the vehicle or lock it using a device a feature found on every vehicle on this list almost. Honda has been slacking in taking on technology that has been around for awhile. This trim also lacks a power tailgate that has been annoying to use. While the gate is hard to lift when hands are full but in a normal setting where you have nothing in hand its a good lift and ready, but if you have things like groceries or shopping bags or a baby stroller then the gate fails to work the way you would want out of this price point for a car. Honda's infotainment woes continues in the new CR-V along with in its other models using this open source software. Poorly designed and poorly thought out the infotainment offers nothing to enhance the interior. The bulky design of the screen and its small size makes for a poor experience. I've had to factory reset my system 3-4 times a month due to freezing, lack of USB connectivity and so on because the systems so cheap and poorly done. The USB system continues to show BAD USB when I connect for CarPlay. The FM radio barely picks up local stations making it even harder in areas where cell phone connection doesn't exist which in my area is often. The lack of SiriusXm as an option makes it really hard as Honda wants you to focus on the terrible app they have that usually never works properly and has terrible design language on both car platforms from Apple and Android. The car is also pretty pokey and loud esp when needing power to get moving. The lack of remote start hurst me because of my long walk to my car from my work which is almost 1-2 miles from the building on cold days I cannot start the car. If I get within 20ft the car will finally start but at that point why waste the time to do it because it's not going to be warm or cool just started. The lack of thought on the interior shows that Honda paid a lot of money to pay off reviewers like Edmonds and such because the interior layout and design lacks function for people and families alike. The lack of vents makes it difficult for phone placement and the large place that you could makes your phone roll around and bang if you have nothing else in to stop it. Even then it's just banging around hitting the objects in that area. The cupholders are so poorly designed they can't hold a cup of coffee or a bottle of soda or water. They fall about and spill if the bottle is open or if you have a cup from Dunkin' or Stabucks it just spills right out as it bounces around. No thought was put into the interior of this car and it shows. Honda didn't take into account its customers at all and shows that they hate them by upchargining on a base model car that has no cubby space or place to put things. I miss having a spot for things I could hide like loos cables or my ID badge for my work. Everything in the car goes into the middle console which in theory is where everyone is stuffing things in this car but it's a mess. You have cords, change, car items and so on it becomes a full on junk drawer and Honda obviously didn't think it through. On top of that they continue to use USB A and only USB C is only for charging.USB C works better for Android and CarPlay wired experience and its annoying when there is issues they say use the cord that came with the device, because its now with new ones only USB C so get with it Honda. They continue to offer only one cubby in the back of the seats which also continues to be an odd flaw as both seats should have storage solutions. The trunk space is smaller than my Civic and harder to store and use. I have no space for basics even taking the trash out I can't even fit it in the trunk when it's completely empty it's just useless. Then to put the seats down Honda cheaped out and removed accessibility to do it from the trunk so that makes it more work to accomplish. Honda really hates their customers and did not think anything through when creating this car. Another thing I noticed is the headlights are dim and never bright even with high beams on. The car is not great for night driving esp in areas lacking light from homes or even street lamps as the car can barely light up the road in front of it. The lack of fog lights adds an additional concern since the car can barely light up the night or even in poor weather. The CR-V is a waste of money and Honda's lack of customer commitment and support makes owning a Honda one of the worst decisions you can make. Honda raised its price on this car only to make money off its cheap parts yet you can't get the cars repaired, fixed, or find accessories for it from Honda or anyone else. It drives nicely and I like having the hybrid over the auto start stop feature as its more seamless but outside of that the car is uncomfortable to sit in and lacks so many features at the high price it is MSRP'd at. The heated seats don't even heat the seat. Just the bottom area and doesn't provide heat to the back. Its bad enough with how uncomfortable the seats are in Hondas but this should help stand it but you can't get that with this car. After owning the car for the past year it’s just been awful. Infotainment issues, lack of communication with Honda and the dealerships being hard to work with to diagnose and fix the issue as many don’t want to do that. Honda has in my opinion gotten worse as a company and just looking to grab cash and run.

ABSOLUTE GEM
I bought the 2024 Sport Touring CRV Hybrid earlier this year and I can't tell you how much I love this car. Smooth and quiet ride, very comfortable, gas mileage is averaging around 38 mpg's. Lots of space to store stuff. I could not be happier with this car. It's my 3rd CR-V, and, to be honest, the best. I compared with the RAV4, and this won, hands down in my book. I will definitely buy again when it's time.

Hate it
We traded in our 2022 crv hybrid and it was a huge mistake. This car has no xm radio, no compass, horrible seats that feel like a permanent lumbar support (which is really bad for me) the “upfront” display screen is distracting and the blinding led lights are way to much. We only have 150 miles on the car and I’m sorry we purchased it.

Problems with Apple Car Play but great vehicle
I find that I need to re-boot the Apple Car play pretty frequently. Seems to work well once rebooted. The vehicle drives very well and I love the features. Dealership mentioned this is a common issue with the CRV Touring and the Accord Touring and they are waiting for a software update.

So far its great
First time leasing a Honda and I'm pleasantly surprised! I wanted to downsize my suv from a larger one and try a hybrid. It rides nice, and has enough space to not feel enclosed in. And it has the features I wanted in the Touring model. Heated steering, hands free cargo door, safety features and I was able to get the color I wanted. I purchased at Miller Honda in Vestal NY, they are the best sales team I have ever dealt with. It was easy, quick, thorough, and stress free.

Perfect car-love the hybrid !
Car is perfect except Honda has only black interior & worse, black wheels. I had to pay almost $1,000 more to get wheels painted silver. Otherwise the white car looked like a police car. This is our 3rd crv. The only negative is with window redesign I feel like the heat coming off the black dashboard creates constant heat. I definitely feel like I am baking in the sun while driving & know it's because the windowshield was shortened.I absolutely live how the car handles & gets up to 40mpg long distance. Technology is super easy to use, love the position & size. Love love this car. Seats are super comfy h was my priority in purchasing. Wish they kept arm rests in the design. The middle compartment is too far to rest your elbow. Highly recommend!

2024 Honda CR-V has design defect, do not buy!
The car has serious gps detecting issue, my 2024 hybrid EXL is only 5 month old, the car blocked all gps signal, I even cannot use my cell phone in the car. Please stop buying this garbage. Honda doesn’t care about their defective product and continues selling this garbage. Please do not fall for this scam. I am planning to hire a lawyer to sue Honda to bring their enough attention on this.
not happy
Nice touches and tech. Totally underpowered and the CVT is all over the place. Get dizzy watching the tach jumping constantly from 2500 to 8000. Do not try to pass on a hill. Just got a flat on sat. Towed to dealer because there is no spare tire and hole was too big for supplied repair kit. (can't believe we bought a car with no spare)and they can not get a tire till mid week. Dealer gave us a loaner because we have bought 6 cars there in the last 2 years. Going to look at trading it in for 24 Ridgeline black. plenty of power and a spare. Only have had the crv hybrid sport touring for 3 months and 3200 miles.

CRV durability
Brief comments: We sold a 2014 CRV, L version, with 188k on it, only mechanical repair a rt front wheel bearing. Car owed us nothing, ultra reliable and durable. We bought a CRV Hybrid Sport L, have about 4500 on it so far. Very pleased, especially with the safety features and slightly larger/heavier. Strong acceleration. Apple Play for Google Maps over built-in navigation. Mostly local driving, 25-50mph, 37.2mpg for the 4500 miles. Love seeing the driving range @ 500 miles when filling up... so much more realistic that full electric, sorry.

24 Sport Touring review
Great vehicle, very quiet coming from a 2016 CRV. Disappointed that the head unit only recognizes my iPod when bluetooth is on
Best in category
I purchased the Honda CRV hybrid a few months ago, and I am very happy so far. it’s very great on gas. I do an average at 45.7 MPG - bqsed on the last 9,000miles. Very comfortable and finishes are much better than his competitor the Toyota RAV4 and the engine much better than the Kia Sportage. The back passengers have plenty of space, as well as the driver and fromt passenger. You won’t feel like you are in a small box like it is with the Mazda CX-9 During the flood in Miami, I had no issue so far. What I don’t dislike about my CRV is the way the winadshiel wiper system , the liquid comes out the wiper and it is very poor. The display screen is very responsive, easy to handle, however I would appreciate a bigger one with better design . I wish it had a spare tire instead of a run flat and a moonroof instead of a small sunroof. Overall best of it’s category aftwr testing the Toyota RAV-4 and the Kia Sportage which are the competitors in size and price

JOy in the process
I love this car. It even plays music when I back up! Rides like a dream. The buying experience was very good. Staff was great and it only took about 3 hours.
Not as good as they promoted!
There's many lack of info on the car dashboard ex. tires pressure. The Honda APP only works for touring models, so I don't have any of the remote features that the dealer told me I would have. The windows don't block the outside noise, in particular when you drive on the freeway. Also, the range gets down suddenly once in a while when you driving on the freeway and lose speed. The interior lights are not so great and my remote start from my keys it doesn't work and I just have 2 months with my car.

does not ask permission to do System updates
The car is okay except for one issue. I was driving in the area doing some errands. I got back into the cars and discovered that the navigation system was not working. I called the dealer and was told to come in, no appointment necessary. I brought the car in and was quickly dealing with one of the people. After explaining the problem he spoke to some other people. Next he opened the hood and disconnected the battery. After about ten minutes he reconnected the battery. Then he turned on the car and drove it outside. He came back in and told me the navigation system was now working. He explained that a system update was conducted. He could not explain why the system did not require my approval to do the update. Even if it did the navigation system would not work. Luckily this happened when a was in an area I was familiar with. If I was far from home how could I get back without the navigation system?

Decent car, disappointed
Bought a brand new Honda CRV Hybrid Sport. Took it home and realize the back up camera is in black and white. The dealership said they're back ordered and it's been a month. No replacement in sight Seats are ok for long drive. Car is slow to accelerate, boring to drive if you enjoy interest drive. I didn't realize I do until i drive this car. Wanted to trade in my car after a month. Used to own a 2015 Accord and I loved it. So I Was disappointed with this one

Three time Honda Owner
My 2014 Honda CRV is still looking good and driving well. I knew I wanted a vehicle with a better MPG and maybe a little newer.... I went back to Honda, researched and test drove the 2024 Honda Hybrid CRV and made the decision to stay with the Honda brand. Only a few weeks and I keep discovering more of the features and am enjoying the this new version of the CRV!!

Love it but mpg performance disappointing
I purchased my Sport Touring Hybird CR-V in May 2024. I love the interior and the looks of the exterior. The leather interior is very classy looking and real leather is surprisingly difficult to find in this class size vehicle as multiple competitors only offer synthetic leather (no thanks). The larger multimedia display is nice and the Android Auto works reasonably well. I got the Sport Touring option which seemed to include built-in GPS as well which is important to me as sometimes you cannot get internet signal and then lose GPS mapping if you only have that. Am quite disappointed in the built-in map display. Just does not show much detail for the roads around you - not well done at all. My biggest criticism in the mpg performance. I seem to always get 34 mpg which is nice but expected at least 36 if not 38 mpg and I think the rating is even up to 40mpg. All-in-all, I love it but would have expected better mpg performance and the GPS map display is very lackluster - come on Honda, you can do better.
