I am a 16 year old driver, and I have to say that everywhere I go my Accord Coupe turns heads. Honda did a great job of re-designing it. The outside is aggresive looking and sporty, as is the inside with the brushed aluminum. The driving experience is great, and the ride is smooth. Before buying this, I looked at BMW's, the Toyota's, and Nissan's. I am completly happy with my purchase, and have not had one single problem. The 4 cyclinder engine is peppy, and when I need to go I can go. Anyone debating about this car should deffinatly purchase it.

Good, but not the best

Hondas are known for their reliability and build quality, but I beg to differ with the later. Don't get me wrong, my 240hp MT 6spd Accord is more than the average grocery getter. I was surprised by the get up and go. This car is a definite sleeper especially when that VTEC kicks in....look out automatics with less than 290HP. OK, here is the downside, inferior leather seats that crack too soon even with the use of high quality leather care products. Paint is chipping down to bare metal due to only one coat of paint. The dash rattles and creaks around the driver side "A" pillar. had a few problems with the car being hard to start on the first try. Spring in trunk stopped working. The G35 is a better car.

Hi, i just bought a used 04 honda accord ex with only 49,000 miles on it. The car has power and it drives really nice. The only problem that i have had is that the radio backlight just went dim. I guess this is a known problem with this year Accords.and the dealer said they would fix it. Other then that I hope to have a good time with this ride because I like it and Hondas are supposed to be good cars.

My new Honda like the 3 other Hondas I have owned has been very reliable. The car is well designed and is fun to drive.

Watch out for the seat comfort!

The seats have changed. The've added additonal padding in the lower part of the seat before you even engage the lumbar support if you desire to use it so you loose the option of sitting back in a flat seat. Most people's backs are flat and this seat doesn't start out that way. It forces your lower back into an unnatural forward position without using the lumbar support so after a period of time you begin to feel uncomfortable. Because of this design you can't sit back in the seat comfortably, so while your driving you are constaintly moving the seat to try and get comfortable. You can't feel this on a 10 minute test drive. Hopefully there is a fix for it.
