Great start...now really lousy
I purchased the ACCORD HYBRID TOURING edition. The "top of the line" HYBRID model available from Honda at the time. I paid a premium for the car due to availability issues, but I thought it would be worth the additional money. The car got great gas mileage-over 50 mpg- for the first 12,000 miles in the ECON mode. Since that point (12,000 miles) the MPG has plummeted to mostly below 40 MPG. This is the best it has done recently. The "normal" mode gets a little better than 40 MPG (42 at times), but the ECON mode fails to achieve 40 MPG. The dealer cannot figure out the problem and has tried to lay it off on weather and driving habits. I drive 110 highway miles per day back and forth to work and the car is rarely used other than that. I believe there is an issue with the HYBRID battery or the ECON software is not performing properly. I spoke with a national HONDA call center and they told me there was nothing they could do. This is the first HONDA I have owned and was encouraged to buy it and now I am very disappointed in the car, the service department, HONDA corporate. I would not buy this car again. Giving it one star only because it started out great, went down hill and the company doesn't seem to want to pursue an answer.

Great car
It runs ~450miles per full gas tank and I love how fuel efficient it is. After 30,000 miles, it still performs excellent and gas efficient. Highly recommend this car!!
Great Car
I really like the exterior and interior look of this car. Some people prefer the Camry better but I like the sleek and simple design. It reminds me of the inside of the Tesla’s interior. My only complaints are of course the gas mileage is not as advertised. Which none of the hybrids ever are and the seats are best for more than a 30min commute.

Still loving my 2020 Honda Accord Hyprid EX
Gas mileage keeps improving and I’m still loving the car. I’m retired so I put fewer miles on the car than I would have when I was working. The car is a luxurious drive and quite spacious. I've had to take an emergency road trip a few days after my purchase; I've driven nearly 2000 miles in my second week of ownership and I'm very pleased with the performance and features available on my car. So far gas mileage has hovered around 39 mpg on highway. My Accord Hybrid is a far superior drive to my Civic; I'm truly enjoying this vehicle.
