This 2019 Denali is awesome I just purchased with 17000 miles on it and let me tell you I love it. The mixed reviews didn’t help until I realized the reviews were on all years and models. So I singled out 2019 Denali it had great reviews so I purchased and I am not disappointed at all. I realized a lot of these negative reviews come from lack of maintenance on the owners end There is no way the brakes stated scrubbing out the blue as one owner stated just admit you were dogging your car out and wasn’t keeping up with your maintenance it’s not the car fault because of your neglect. Now my rant is over the 2019 Terrain Denali with the 2.0L turbo is awesome please go and test drive for your self because most of these negative reviews are written by people angry with GMC or the dealership for not fixing a car that they neglected to keep maintenance don’t believe me just read them and see if it doesn’t sound like neglect on the owners behalf

Questionable reliability

After I purchased this vehicle the transmission stopped working while driving. Was nearly killed trying to walk to the road in a snow storm the same day as COVID lock downs started. The dealer, Rinke, was closed. No back up plan. It was a terrifying fiasco. The dealer back up nothing. Have never went back there. Going to Moran now.

I have not had any issues with the SUV . It’s great in four wheel drive going through the snow.
