It wasn't fully loaded like I wanted it to but it was an advantage. It had everything I needed except for a few things but it's the color that I love fabulous

This past 3 years of ownership of the 2021 GV80 2WD has been trouble free for me. I can't understand the negative reviews being published by industry watchdogs like Consumer Reports. This turbo 4 cylinder SUV has surprisingly adequate power, good handling, and a smooth quiet ride. And it looks beautiful.

I used to have only good things to say about Genesis, the GV80 is my second card from the brand…until something breaks and you have to take it to the dealership. The AC evaporator broke (surprisingly after 21K miles ). The dealership (Lehman Genesis in Miami) doesn’t have loaners and suggested to call Genesis to get an allowance for a rental (after approval from Genesis). I did that, open a case, they assigned a case manager. Today is the 20th day my car is at the dealership, after calling every day to customer service I have not been able to reach out to the case manager. Surprisingly customer service tells me the case manager is scheduled to call me today…every time I call. I asked the case to be escalated to a surpervisor…well yesterday I was told the supervisor is scheduled to call me on the 5th (fyi yesterday was the 9th!). Oh…before I forget, I had to take an Uber (1 hour away from home) to the dealership to find out the evaporator (nor the dealership or Genesis could call) is in back order and they couldn’t provide an ETA as of when they will have it. Can’t wait to get my car back so I can get rid of it….we’ll done Genesis.

All the amenities that this car offers for the price in comparison to its competitors it is a good value. The SUV seems to dent fairly easily meaning thin metal, and the paint quality is subpar. It’s easy to drive it’s very comfortable. The technology works well and the styling is fantastic.
