Used 2013 Ford Focus Consumer Reviews
I love my car
I find myself looking out at it or taking quick glances at it when I am at home...I researched a long time to locate the car I wanted, and I found it. at firs,t I didn't care about the color because I would have been happy with a few other choices, but the color is actually one of the things I like best about it. I chose a dark, sparkly pewter color. It looks understated and classy. The other thing I adore about it is the quiet drive. I can shut everything out and just drive...awesome!

First month evaluation
Everything's working except (1) rear view camera screen losses the electronically superimposed guidelines by itself, occurring nearly every other day, (2) A/C button on climate screen is lit after start but manual control screen says AC is off. Gas mileage ok, but not impressive, only 29 mpg compared to my '03 Murano's 21 mpg for the same driving. Handling and ride are decent, bordering on fun. reasonably quiet with bare minimum acceleration power. Braking is not confidence inspiring.

Alot of problems.
The (TCM) Transmission Controlled Modulator is just terrible. From a stop the car hesitates and jerks until you get to 3rd gear and then acceleration is good. You have to reset the Transmission weekly. A terrible car.

From a happy owner
I have owned this manual focus for almost four years by now. Absolutely no problems and it needs no major services other than regular oil changes. It now has over 45000 miles and is still running like new.
