Went from an 8.1L gasser towing a 16,500Lb trailer up a 6% grade at 35MPH @ 4000RPM to 55mph at 1900RPM puling a 19,000lb toy hauler trailer. Ride is great for such a big truck,. I have the turbo diesel but for some reason the drop down menu only had gassers.

This 2012 Ford F350 Crew Cab SuperDuty 172’ LB 4.30 Electronic Axle, with 11,000 GVWR is in excellent condition and is a workhorse of a truck. For those wanting to upgrade power and towing capabilities from the 1/2 ton models, but aren’t wanting to go with a diesel, then this is the truck for you. Lots of payload and towing capacity with this vehicle. It has several add-ons for the serious truck owner with Rear-View Camera, Tow-Haul Mode, 12.5K Trailer Hitch, Line-X Bed Liner, Reverse Sensing System, Rear Wheel Well Liners, Ford 5th Wheel Pkg. (Puck System), and Hard Fold Tonneau cover, along with other options and the standard XLT equipment. Plus, with the Crew Cab and the long bed, more room to carry your favorite items than most any truck out there. Add the dependability of the Ford built V-8 6.2 engine and the structural integrity and dependability of the SuperDuty trucks, you’ve got a winner!

So far this has been an excellent truck. Power and handling are top notch. I have yet to tow a heavy load but past experience indicates this will not be a problem. I have used the truck to pull another out of the mud and it was effortless. I do have the FX4 off road package. My only complaint is the navigation system. It lacks features found in typical smart phones and is cumbersome to use.

2011 Ford F-350 Super Duty Lariat 4dr Crew Cab LB (6.2L 8cyl 6A)

2011 F350 SRW 6.7 Powerstroke Diesel long wb. great truck, pulls anything hooked to it with ease. rear view camera is completely useless when hooking up a goose neck trailer, obviously the guys that designed it have never worked a super duty or they would have known most super dutys pull goose neck trailers, (or for you rv guys, a 5th wheel). Interior is quite ugly in the Lariat, seat inset looks like two week old road kill hide, but the seats are comfortable, great on long trips. The ride is great, smooth, handles beautifully for such a big truck and it is big. The engine is quiet and responsive, great torque, this thing could pull a house. It's a truck!

This weekend I heard some grinding noise on the front of my 2013 F350 DRW KR. Took to Brighton Ford on Monday and first thing out of their mouth when looking at the mangled rotor was that brakes are considered a wear item. Guess I've been riding the right front brake pedal a bit hard lately! Diagnosed as a frozen caliper I'm told they "might" be able to get me some assistance, I told them I'd pay nothing. The vehicle is in it's 30th month and has 37,500 miles on it. If 1,500 miles is what it takes to split us when I've purchased 8 new vehicles from them since 1999 I guess we're done. Tried getting with Crystal from Diesel Stop Forum and she referred my case to Jessica Johnson, Regional Customer Service Manager. Jessica says she'll get back to me after the holidays (6th), until then I guess I should hitchhike, walk, bike or something else...but not drive my $65K pickup. Jessica did make it clear that Ford doesn't pick up the tab, they may offer some assistance. Don't need it thank you. I've been a loyal Ford owner from my first car on, with one Audi snuck in, but I can assure you I won't sign papers in another Ford dealership again. This is a simple issue with a known problem that many others have had and they're gonna stick it in my ear over 1,500 miles. Good luck Ford! Case: CAS-8489426-G6Q2G1
