Used 2015 Ford F-250 Super Duty Consumer Reviews
like a 8,500lb sports car but lots of room
this is my first diesel truck and man it's a beast. I did lots of upgrades for extra reliability and piece of mind. the 26gal tank is a terrible excuse for a fuel tank so I went to a s&B 56gal problem solved. also changed the lift pump to a fass system another great decision. then cp4 issue and sinister bypass also great choice and cheep insurance. then amsoil front to back with their bypass filter system I totally recommend. then edge cts2 with all the trimmings for real time information. and sinister coolant filter a must for any and all engines. then top it off with a ezlink to piss off the power mods and upgrades lol.ooooo a 5" exaust system and 6" tip for an out of this world sound to boot. this thing is a total fun machine with a 850mile fuel range and just do filters and fluids and tow a house anywhere you want to take it lol. 1 more mod 5 position switch for the fun factor over the top. this all being said just watch the egt's and gooooo baby gooooo. 6.7l powerstroke diesel it won't let me choose this on the form.

Powerful 6.7 diesel but rides like a train!
I hope I can write a review to help somebody out as I am a fan of reading reviews. I’ve owned my share of heavy-duty trucks And this one by far has the best drive train. This powestroke is quite impressive, great pulling power, great acceleration and is quiet. The transmission holds gear and shifts very smooth. On the flipside this has got to be one of the poorest riding heavy duty trucks I’ve owned since the 90s . If you’re on a smooth road its fine but if you’re on a bumpy Michigan Road where I live it’s nauseating. A long ride can make you feel beat up. It Rides a little better when hauling or towing but still not good. Fuel economy is not great. if I’m on highway only and not towing I can get 15 mpg which I believe it should be better since my old excursion 7.3 could get 17 with a lousy four-speed transmission 15 years ago . My truck is a 6.7 diesel super cab 8ft bed with xl package and 4 x 4. Cloth seats are comfortable enough for cheap seats and I like the rubber floor. The radio sounds good but the LED burned out as well as the FM/a.m. button quit working. I tow over 12,000 pounds regularly and it does it’s job. Overall it’s not a bad truck but my next truck I’ll probably go back to either dodge or Chevy. Honestly the only reason I Purchased a ford was because in the used market it was way cheaper than its competitors .

Buyer beware of FORD
So sad that I would purchase a broken truck. Even worse FORD doesn't care once they got my money. They wear you down until you give up. I could write ten pages of how we have been lied to and manipulated but I honestly have no more energy or time. Hours hours of result less effort. All I can say is check it from head to toe because if there is an issue you are screwed!! Buyer beware FORD has zero customer service once the sale is done. GMC is a better investment had our 13 years not one problem. FORD SUCKS!! Updating again March 8, 2018. We have been plagued with problems and terrible service.

Front Seat Problems
Anyone having trouble with the middle seat? It doesn't go back but sits almost straight up. Though it folds down and becomes a central console with a place for cups, when it's up, it only has one position, and that's almost straight up. Who could sit like that? I would like to remove it or be able to tilt it back. It's called a 40/20/40 seat.
Not Tough Enough
I ours he'd this track and know I have found out that I can not put a snow plow on this truck? it's not strong enough that what Ford says. i have plowed snow in SE VA for 20 years now and do it with 2WD 3/4ton pick ups all the time. I purchased what I thought was a heavy duty truck that could do work not just go get a 6pack. I have tried to contact Ford and it's a joke. I Manage a fleet of 45 trucks and vans. I will not be purchasing any more fords.
