Worst vehicle ever

I have owned the vehicle for a total of 3 months and it has been at the dealership 58 of those days. The parking sensors throw an alarm and flash a message on the dash and touchscreen that I’m about to hit something. This happens at every stop sign and red light. Service says there is nothing wrong with it claiming they have driven it and it doesn’t happen to them. On top of that the transmission makes a horrible crunching sound, the doors sound like they’re about to fall off, road noise is terrible, and the hard top leaks when it rains. This is my 8th Ford vehicle to own and I have never had any issues with one. I don’t see ever buying another Ford just on how they have acted through this entire ordeal. It is a 23 outer banks 4 door

Had my 2023 ford bronco for under 20 days and now in the shop for transfer case motor broke. Can believe a new vehicle with 3 miles off show room floor in the shop. Hopefully I can get a new vehicle because this is not a good look for ford. We were looking to take a trip up north to try the 4-wheel drive option, but now that's a wash. No real good news if this may be a issue due to the time of parts. Will update with new information soon. First off, I want to thank the sales personnel who helped us pick out our new 2023 Ford Bronco. Seating down and figuring out the process was what I expected from Beach ford, since I've bought all my vehicles from them. That's where everything went south, like really south with the bronco. After have the 2023 ford Bronco for 14 days only. The transfer case motor went out on a new bronco with off the showroom floor purchase. After two days for deliver and install. The vehicle had more codes that now we have to replace the entire assembly for the system. Again, a new off the showroom floor purchase with 3 miles. Now we are looking at a vehicle starting off with problem that I'm still having to pay for the purchase. Now talking to several personnel then on to the sales manager. It's really start looking further down south with the issues. Now, calling and visiting the dealership, it's the first-time hearing about the issue (Not really buying that). Now waiting on a call that management said will do in a couple of hours (phone is always on me). NO CALL! Now the repair on a new vehicle looks to be longer and my wife is without a second vehicle since we traded up to this vehicle. Now it really goes more south since the dealership doesn't want to pay extra for finding another vehicle but try to put us back in the 2023 ford Bronce that fail after 14 days. I've known and purchased vehicle in beach ford for over 20 years and now I feel like we are being shafted (using a better word than I feel is happening). I will make sure I ask the owners at one of the local functions that is attended, why this has happened. Update: Now that Beach ford really not looking at the costumer and just their pockets. They are asking me if I will pay the mark up value of cost from getting from another dealer. That should be something a dealer is willing to do if selling a new vehicle that has issues and not pass on to the customer. Again, this is a new off the showroom floor purchase. No customer should have to go through this kind of problem. I believe Beach Ford is trying to protect it's image as number one dealer instead of supporting the customer. The customer is why you are number one dealer.

Ford knocked it out of the park with styling and pre-release hype. Unfortunately, as is typical with Ford, they dropped the ball on execution. I was one of the lucky ones when it comes to timing. First day reservation, order placed in Jan/2021, took delivery in Nov/2021. Mine was a 2-door Outer Banks with 4-cyl in Area 51. The Bronco I received was for a Big Bend with 6-cyl in Antimatter Blue. But my biggest disappointment was yet to come... The Bronco looks great and feels good to drive, and that's seemingly why so many owners are willing to forgive its numerous faults. Namely, I found several exterior fit and finish flaws. The audio system is inexcusably bad for any modern vehicle. Sync 4 is glitchy. Brakes are so spongy, I actually felt unsafe until I got used to them. The rear seat folding mechanism is difficult if you want the extra cargo room. The interior is excessively noisy and gives an overall feeling of below-average quality. (I am aware it's an offroad vehicle with removable top. I drove a Wrangler for years and the Bronco is worse) The noise-deadening headliner sheds fibres. The gas shock on the swing-gate feels like it's always fighting against you when trying to open. Rear seat leg room, and access to get to it, which I didn't expect to be great, still fell short of expectations. The 4-cyl is more powerful and much smoother than expected, even though it sounds awful. Steering is great. Seats are *just* adequate. Essentially, the Bronco is a good choice if your primary purpose is to look cool or if you need a good off-road vehicle. Otherwise, there are better choices.

2022 Ford Bronco Black Diamond 4dr SUV 4WD w/Advanced 4x4 (2.3L 4cyl Turbo 7M)

Purchased a 2022 Black Diamond Bronco and enjoy most of the car, however the electronics have not been functioning properly since Day 1. After a couple of visits to the dealer they identified the problem but the part has been on backorder with no estimated arrival date for over two months now. I see plenty of new cars arriving at dealers since, but somehow no parts to repair my already purchased new car. I expected more from Ford; perhaps I shouldn't have.

Ford will rip you off.

My name is Nicole Woomer. I bought a Ford bronco outer banks in May 2022. On July 20th I was driving my bronco with the top half off, which bronco has a video on how to put it back. It was fully locked in. I drove in with it fine. On my way home it blew off the roof completely. I have two people who witnessed it happen and watched it completely blow off. I cried and cried because it pulled the car off the road. If I would have had my two young kids they would have been injured. The roof got completely damaged. To get it locked back on my 200 pound guy friend and I had to jump on the roof. As soon as I got home I called my dealership and Ford corporate. The dealership said to bring it down they would look at it and give me a loaner. Ford corporate said they would cover it completely because I have it under warranty and the locking mechanism gave out. The Ford corporate girls name was Sierra matto. She was very nice and reassuring. She told me this was not my fault and Ford would pay for my $850 car payment while it was down. The dealership kept my bronco for 29 days. They demanded their loaner back and said they couldn’t tell if the roof was my fault or fords. Told me it would cost me 16,000 to fix it. I was in contact with Sierra during this whole ordeal. She kept reassuring me that everything would be taken care of and Ford would take care of my payments. She said how it was absolutely not my fault and she would get the situation figured out. She finally called me today, august 23, 2022. She stated how Ford will not cover it under warranty. She said how the dealership said the roof locked. I said well yah it did and I said they are lying because it can’t be easy to get locked. It’s not safe to drive, it’s leaking water in when it rains, and the doors are hard to open because they are getting caught on the roof. I asked her if I could speak to a higher up person about this. And she said no that she has done everything she can do. I’m so disgusted with Ford. I bought every warranty in the book and the bronco is only two months old. My friends said they will absolutely never buy a Ford vehicle after seeing what I am going through. Ford does not care about their customers at all. Ford will go behind customers back and breech warranties. They make enough money to fix the roof. And look at how they treated me. It’s ridiculous. Never again will I buy from them.
