I test drove more cars then carter has liver pills and this by far was the most solid feeling car I drove. I feel very safe in it, and I do not have any problem with blind spots. There are now rattles or squeaks and it is the quietest car inside when traveling down the road over anything else I tried.

Great Car. Bought new in '05 and have had no problems. Outstanding performance with 340 HP and 390 tourque. Car still gets attention and favorable comments. Most surprising is gas mileage with MDS. Average MPG for life of vehicle is 20+.

I bought my Magnum last November. I love the car. I am having problems with water leaking in my doors and falls on the rocker panels. This freezes my doors shut in the winter. So far there doesn't seem to be a solution for this problem. All in all, the car is great. I love driving it. Handles well, looks excellent and is very comfortable to drive and to sit in. Has some blind spots but after driving it for awhile you get use to it. The windshield fogs on the inside quite easily and is hard to unfog for some reason, maybe because the windows are so small. I feel I've made the right choice buying the magnum.

Overall its been a good car for me. Does not do well in the snow, I park the car in the winter and drive an suv. I love the sporty and strong look of the car. Although it may not look like it from the outside the back seat is very comfortable and has plenty of room.

Wow ! I never thought I would see station wagons come back, and certainly not like this. The styling, the handling, the power; all amazing. I got the SXT with AWD and it really handles so wonderfully, you'd think you were driving the Daimler car that they took the 3.5L engine out of - the ride, the feel, the overall quality of this Dodge is more than the sum of its parts.

The design and performance are all they were professed to be. The mileage is what you'd expect with a thirsty Hemi. Interior quality is a disappointment with plastic appointments. Interior visual field is a definite weakness with door columns and small rear window limiting. None the less, I love it. It's a great driving machine.

I had wanted one for years and finally bought it after selling my Durango. great looks and a great ride to boot. Tons of room for a family of 4 which saved me from the soul sucking mini- van option. I had tested a 2.7L v6, but it was not powerful enough for that big of a car. The 3.5L has plenty of power. The RWD was a concern in the snow, but the first big snow this year disproved that concern. the car did great with common sense driving. Too bad Dodge decided to drop the Magnum. At least they should have replaced it with the 300C wagon thats available in Europe.

When I traded in my Grand Cherokee I thought I would miss it, WRONG!! I love the Magnum. The 3.5 provides plenty of power and sounds great. It handles like a dream and is comfortable. I have 3 kids and it has the room I need more than the Jeep did! The kids have a ton of leg room and I feel safer. The gas mileage I get averages 24 mpg around the city and 29 on interstate. The a/c cools it down quick when we were at the beach in 115 degree weather. It has the pickup you need to get on the interstate or to pass. Did I say it was FUN to drive? LOVE IT, I hate mini vans and this is the perfect alternative to a SUV & Minivan. Not only in performance and roominess but in fuel economy. BUY ONE!!

Have nearly 70,000 miles on my RT. As a former Toyota owner for 30 years it took a lot to bring me to buy a Dodge. This is one heck of a car! It captures the feeling of a 60's muscle car with great fuel economy, comfort, safety, and very high build quality. I went thru the factory in Brampton Ontario and was very impressed by what I saw. A clean super efficient factory where the workers work in teams, totally German influence from Mercedes. Some people may be put off by the rather stark interior, but it grows on you, think German influence. The Magnum is also a great workhorse, carries quite a bit with rear seats folded and a fine tow vehicle with the self-leveling suspension. No complaints!

I have been a Dodge fan for many years. This car has not changed that. The performance is awsome. With the all wheel drive the handling in any condition is crisp and stable. Fit and finish is very good. Gas mileage is what I expected considering it has a 340 hp Hemi engine. I have not owned the car long enough to judge reliability. So far I would recomed this car to a friend

Bought my Magnum RT with only 30K, black, fully loaded, heated leather seats, GPS, CD changer, sunroof... Love to drive, lots of power, but a bit sluggish when driving in the city. The front end seems to be weak. Had a clucking noise from the front and it ended up being the both strut arms, and the sway bar bushings. Was also told that the tie rod were a bit loose. For that kind of low mileage, I would expect more durability. Winter driving was great. Traction control is almost always on, but had no problems. Would I buy another one, maybe, but it would have to be a car with a Hemi. Once you drove one (Hemi), you will get bored in any other vehicles.

Engine rebuilt at 60,000 miles due to lifter failure and I use synthetic 05w20 oil. This is my 3rd dodge product, never buy another. I see why they got fined 105 million

You can tell that Mercedes has been involved in the quality of this car. Good tight feeling when you are driving. Handles well in any weather-I live in Northeast Ohio. I bought the car used and have 38,000 miles on it at present. The only problem I had was the tie rod ends needed replaced at 35,000 miles. Started to hear tire noise in the front end and realized the tread was beginning to wear uneven. Not happy with having to spend money on this at 38,000 miles. Mileage good be better. Drove to Wilmington NC and averaged 21 mpg. Love the engine and transmission though-good reponse.

I loved the styling of this car and had to purchase it shortly after it was released. I have had buyers remorse ever since. The reliability of this car has been atrocious and has been in the shop over 10 times within 15 months. #1- the car has pulled to the right since day 1 and they can't fix it. #2- periodic fuel injection issues that took 15 months to diagnose. #3- loud rear wheel noise that they can't repair. I also have to say that dealing with the 3 Dodge service centers and corporate has been a horrible experience. Lease is up in 7 months. I pity whoever gets it after me. I will never buy a Chrysler product again!

I have had my Magnum for almost 2 years now and have had a ball driving this car. I have had 2 bad and worse experiences concerning the front brakes. At 9000 miles the front rotors where replaced due to very bad pedal vibration. At 23k the vibration was back and the dealed wanted to charge me $180.00 to resurface the brakes. I replaced the rotors with Power slot rotors and CarQuest ceramic pads. The car stops much better than new and for about $600.00 in parts and an hour of my time my family is safe. Overall though, my experience with my Magnum is very positive. My overall fuel economy with the Hemi is about 25.25 highway and 19.2 city Not bad for an American V8 muscle car. Thanks Dr. "Z"

I bought my Magnum with a hundred miles, first year out. I would not recommend this car or any other Dodge product to even my worst enemy! I have had my car in the shop at least 20 times in the past 2 years. 4 times in one year for the transmission! I have called Chrysler Corp about this issue and they do not stand behind their work, they will do nothing for me. If you know what's good for you do not buy this car!

Initially, I loved this car but honestly how many of all the cars that have ever been made are terrible from day one. There are so many problems, that have nothing to do with operator error, like the windows regulator, headlights that either don't work or flicker and a shifter lever that was made so cheaply that apparently it is just short of recall, the list goes on and on. This car had so much potential, but the shoddy (and overpaid at $75 an hour) workmanship along with inferior parts combine to outweigh any positives or potential for greatness this car had.

In 50 years of driving, I've owned a lot of new cars from all price ranges. This Dodge Magnum exhibits the best overall quality of any vehicle, foreign or domestic, that I have ever purchased. It combines great looks, great performance, and solid quality. I waited for GM to come out with something like this vehicle and they never even came close, so my next new car in a few years will likely be another Dodge Magnum, probably the SRT. With the Magnum, American made cars are again fun to drive.

Wow, what an impressive car. Very European in styling and handling. The cargo functionality is awesome; I can fit anything in the back of that thing. The gas mileage for the Hemi is nice; I got 21 miles/gal on my last fill-up; better than many 6-bangers. People talk to me all the time about the car-at the gas station-store at work-"how's the Magnum?" they ask; like its a member of the family. Hehe

I must say I really love my Magnum. It really does have the power you want when you ask for it. The design is what got me interestested in this car, I love the low slung broadbased wheel stance and it just squats down and takes off when I put my foot in it. I bought the car in Nov. 2004 and it has 11,200 miles on it. Since I got it , I have taken trips from Tucson Az to Roanoke Va round trip and in March to Kansas and Missouri and back and had no problems of any kind with my car. Of course the gas mileage was't the best, but hey it's a HEMI. Want do you want, your cake and eat it too?

I travel all over the country and I carry a large amount of cargo (clothes, golf clubs, household items, etc...) and my Magnum has been OUTSTANDING! Even with the 2.7L the acceleration is adequate in almost any situation and the fuel economy has been fantastic for such a large vehicle (averaging 22-28 depending on speed) even when loaded down. The styling is what drew me to it, the quality is why I'm keeping it until the V6 gives out. Then I can put my own version of the Hemi in it! The ride is so smooth and quiet, even at high speed, and it handles like a car 1000 lbs. lighter (Thanks Mercedes). Got mine for under $20,000, and I'm astounded with its features and looks. Go Dodge!

Only problem is, it's so beautiful, I keep finding hand marks on it from people trying to look into the car, and people will insist on parking so close. If your are looking for a wagon, look no further, this car is cool!! Great value for money.

My Magnum is one of the prettiest wagons I have ever seen or owned. It handles like a sports car rather than a wagon. Magnum has plenty of power when you call on it and believe me when I say it will run 0-50 in roughly 5 secs. With the ESP feature the Magnum sticks to the road like a road racer, and it is next to impossible to lose control of the car. Like the salesperson who sold it to me said, about the only way you can lose control is if you fall asleep at the wheel.

She loved it and I must say it is without a doubt the best car I have ever owned. Handling, ride, power, comfort on long trips. We travel to Florida for the winter and fuel mileage was as quoted. Now have 8,000 miles on it, no problems except for two bad tires.

When the Magnum was released it was a true dream car that was affordable for me. The looks, roominess and sticker price drew me in. This sporty wagon is head and shoulders above my old '96 Intrepid. Interior is clean looking, the console is very practical and once driving the car you can 'feel' the 'Mercedesness' coming through, which I like! The engine compartment is very tidy and everything a consumer needs to access is easy to find. Passengers in the backseat will enjoy the roominess and the back window goes all the way down! I'm satisfied with the 3.5L engine's performance and the 4-wheel disc breaks do a great job of stopping this heavy car! A true value in today's market.

This is a great car. Look at them at the Auto Show when they first came out. Trunk space seemed small for two kids with double stroller. Decided kids could stay in wife's Suburban. Has 5.7 Hemi, 340 HP plenty to make this car move. Great car to customize, very unique and seems like a "Magnum Club" when driving. Next vehicle will be the same with the 6.1 Hemi. I am 6'4" and have plenty of room in the drivers seat.

I just bought my Magnum 2 months ago and I absolutely love it. The body design is amazing. I love the hard edges and lines throughout the vehicle, and it carries over to the inside with the same style that looks simple and not so flashy, but also captivating at the same time. Everything is laid out perfectly on the interior. From the way the guages are set up, to the radio and AC controls. The simple accents of chome along the inside make it work so well. The car drives amazingly, to say the least. I purchased the 3.5 ltr SXT and must say that it is enough power under the hood to satisfy me completly. The car rides so smooth it is almost unbelievable that it is not a whole lot more expensive.

I just traded my Durango for the Hemi powered Magnum. Frankly the family didn't need all the space in trade for MPG's. I had to have the utility of an SUV just not the size, but I personally wanted some style. The Magnum was the only option. Toss in the Hemi and it was a no-brainer. I love the agility and responsiveness of the Magnum, the wife loves the practicality, and the kids aren't embarrassed to be seen in it. I've only had it a few days, so the verdict is still out on the quality and reliability. Everything else is nothing less than perfection, given all other things being relatively equal. I hope to enjoy it for many years to come.

I love the car! It has left a bit to be desired in the efficiency area, but this is the price you pay for power and a heavy foot. Although i still pay even when the foot isn't so heavy. Living in Brooklyn and commuting to Manhattan takes its toll on you in the wallet at the pump. Oh, and whats up with nowhere to put the gas cap. How stupid is that?

And They Quit Making Them

I have throughly enjoyed this car. I added a K&N FIPK and Magnaflow mufflers and have been completely satisfied. I can't believe that Dodge quit making them. I'm trying to find a 2008. Wake up Dodge, no wonder you are having problems. MPG is not bad, I can get 26 MPG if I keep my foot out of it. It has a good carrying capacity and also looks good. They have no other vehicle that can compete on this level. If I can't get a 2008 I only know that my next vehicle will not be a Dodge. Get one if you can an enjoy both worlds.

I now have 6,500 miles on my new Dodge Magnum RT. I really love the performance of the 5.7 Hemi engine, (Especially with the "Magna-Flow" muffler system). For the size of the engine and the weight of the car, I think the average 18 to 20 MPG I am getting is really awesome. This car handles really well and has a very smooth & quiet highway ride. It is a very roomy "Muscle car" that has the power you need when you need it.

I wanted this car from the first time I saw it during the Super Bowl ad in 2004. I had to wait 6 months to order it to get AWD, and when I got it, I couldn't believe the performance. This thing runs great. This car has it all, performance, looks, and quality. I haven't had it back to the dealer since I got it. No problems at all.

I have had my eye on this car for quite some time now, and when I got to the dearlership, there was no other car I wanted to look at. We are trying to start a family, and I do not like SUV's or mini vans. The Magnum is the perfect family vehicle and it looks and rides great too!

I was shopping for a replacement for my '92 Trooper and thought I would have to settle for a so-so small size SUV to get something affordable. I chanced on the Magnum and that was all she wrote. This car has head turning styling and is great fun to drive. The 3.5L engine has plenty of oomph for me and it handles as nimbly as a sportscar. The ride feels like a European touring car. It looks a lot more expensive than it is and I've gotten lots of compliments. Even my teenager thinks it's way cool. My first American car ever - I just love it.

I love my new Magnum. It has great pick-up and handles like a true sports car. It has a very tight suspension and takes turns with no problem at all.
