Fun to drive if it holds up...
I have loved looking at and driving Dodge Durango since they came out. I purchased a 2001 model and have had it in the shop constantly for warranty work.
Great Truck
Had zero problems over 27,000 miles in 15 months. Great in Minnesota winters. Towed 6000lb trailers with no problem in the relatively flat midwest. Got rear-ended hard by an F350 dually, skidded off road, and rolled. Not a single straight piece of metal left on the Durango, but driver walked away one bruise, and all doors and hatch still worked. I loved my 2001 Durango, and have replaced it with a 2002.

A great vehicle.
This is my second Durango. After leasing a '98 Durango, I was so impressed, when it was time to give it back in '01 I instead sold it to my best friend and nieghbor and bought a new one. Neither my freind or I have had a single issue and are continually impressed with the performance and build quality to this day. Both Durangos are 5.9 SLT Plus.
Great so far
I've had mine for just over a year now. 22k miles without any problems. Took it offroad in the snow and had a blast! Moved last year and loaded this thing down quite a bit, but it performed great. I love it and am looking forward to many more years of service from it.

You feel every bump in the road. This vehicle for some reason came with front disc brake, no rear brakes. Terrible if you drive in stop and go traffic. I feel I've been taking ripped off when I traded in my 97 Durango thinking I would get a more luxurious model with leather seats, Infinity surround speakers. But instead, I got this vehicle for 2 and a half more years.
